目前多功能方向盤定義之功能與按鍵形式皆有所不同,卻未有一定之準則。本研究欲探討,駕駛人對功能配置之需求與喜好度以及不同造型、尺寸、按鍵設計之多功能方向盤操控之績效。本研究以道路視覺模擬導引多功能方向盤之靜態操作實驗,分析四組方向盤(三幅或四幅式方向盤,搭配按鍵擺放靠內或靠外位置),紀錄31位受測者在按鍵操作總時間、總正確次數及遇轉彎情境下總時間,並選定最佳操控績效者。結果顯示,功能按鍵中心點擺放位置「四幅_外:(X,Y)=(±120.05mm, -4.15mm),逆時針旋轉15°」,在操作總時間、總正確次數及遇轉彎情境下總時間皆優於其他者,其次為「三幅_外:(X,Y)=(±120.55mm, -4.65mm),逆時針旋轉15°」;主觀評量中,方向盤喜好度依序:四幅_外>三幅_外>三幅_內>四幅_內;按鍵標示與色彩配置評比上皆獲受測者認同。在受測者的特徵因子中,「年齡」影響操作總時間長短之因素,「性別」也會影響操作總正確次數。本研究由實驗中證明多功能方向盤左右兩側功能鍵最佳擺放中心點位置為「(X,Y)=(±120.05mm, -4.15mm),逆時針旋轉15°」,其相關數據與結果可供未來研發與改良多功能方向盤的重要參考依據,對於汽車設計師與駕駛者在汽車駕駛操控上,都能提供相當有效的改進意見。
At present, functions and key forms defined for the multi-functional steering wheel are different, and some fixed standards are needed. This research aims to discuss the driver's demand and preference for functional configuration, as well as manipulation performance of multi-functional steering wheels with different shapes, sizes and key design. Based on static operation experiment of road visual simulation and navigation multi-functional steering wheel, this research analyzes four groups of steering wheels (three-spoke or four-spoke steering wheels, equipped with keys at inward or outward position), records 31 testees' key operation total time, total correct times and total time under turning situation, and selects the person with the best manipulation performance. The results show, placement position of function key central point "Four-spoke_outward: (X,Y)=(±120.05mm, -4.15mm), counterclockwise rotation 15°" is better than others in total time, total correc times and total time under turning situation, followed by "Three-spoke_outward: (X,Y)=(±120.55mm, -4.65mm), counterclockwise rotation 15°"; in subjective evaluation, steering wheel preference in regular turn is: four-spoke_outward > three-spoke_outward > three-spoke_inward > four-spoke_inward; key mark and color configuration are approved by the testees through appraisal. In the characteristic factors of the testees, "age" impacts the length of total operation time, "gender" will impact total correct operation times as well. The experiment in this research can prove that the optimum position for placing central point of left and right function key of multi-functional steering wheel is "(X,Y)=(±120.05mm, -4.15mm), counterclockwise rotation 15°", its relevant data and results can be used as important reference for the future research and development and improvement of multi-functional steering wheel, and quite effective improvement suggestions for automobile designers and drivers in automobile driving and manipulation.
