以計劃行為理論探討數位學習平台學生知識分享行為—以Amdas平台為例

摘要


近年來,為了因應數位時代的來臨,我國政府對數位教育投入大量預算與資源,使得教與學能打破傳統的模式,不受空間、時間與地域的限制,以同步或非同步的方式來進行知識上的交流學習與分享。然而知識分享的程度是知識管理成敗的重要因素,在數位學習平台上學生愈積極分享知識,愈能展現平台價值,但知識分享行為並非合乎人性,所以如何讓知識分享達到「力行」是一個很重要的議題。 本研究透過研究人類行為意圖最廣為接受的理論—計畫行為理論來預測實際環境的知識分享行為,並從相關文獻探討中,取得影響知識分享行為之相關因素。研究以使用此平台之大同大學學生,作為發放問卷之研究對象,試圖瞭解這些相關因素是否會影響使用者在數位學習平台上分享知識。進而透過了解影響的因素(如:是否有時間、電腦或網路來進行知識分享(資源與時間);或因個性內向不願與他人面對面進行知識分享,進而運用數位學習平台為媒介來進行知識分享(人格特質)等因素),來幫助數位學習平台管理者(老師)擬定相關策略來提升使用者的知識分享意願或意圖,進而提升數位學習平台之運用效用。

In recent years, in response to the arrival of digital era, our government has invested huge budgets and resources in digital education to make a breakthrough in traditional teaching and learning models. The purpose is to avoid it from being affected by space, time and geographical restrictions, and enhance knowledge exchanging, learning and sharing either synchronously or asynchronously. However, as knowledge sharing extent is an important factor to determine the success or failure of knowledge management, the more active the students involve in knowledge sharing in e-learning platform, the more valuable the platform will reflect. But knowledge sharing behavior is not always humane, so it is a very important issue on how to put knowledge sharing into “practice.” The most widely accepted theory – the Theory of Planned Behavior was adopted by this study to research on human behavior intention, with the purpose to predict the knowledge sharing behavior in actual environment, and obtain the correlating factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior from relevant literature exploration. Tatung University students using this platform were chosen as the questionnaire subjects to understand whether or not these correlating factors would affect users to share knowledge in e-learning platform. Then, through an understanding of the influencing factors (such as whether or not there is time to use computer or network to conduct knowledge sharing (resource and time); or unwilling to share knowledge fact to face with others due to introvert personality, thereby using e-learning platform as a medium to conduct knowledge sharing (personality traits), and other factors), relevant strategies were drafted to help e-learning platform managers (teachers) to enhance knowledge sharing willingness or intention in order to further upgrading the effectiveness of e-learning platform.
