平板電腦之電子食譜使用者介面設計研究

摘要


蘋果電腦前執行長賈伯斯於2010年1月所發表的平板電腦 ─ iPad,創下驚人的銷售佳績,同時亦開拓了不同的使用情境與市場。平板電腦的興起,與其連帶的革命及風潮,使得平板電腦現在已經可以應用於許多不同面向與領域的產品。另一方面,食譜是幫助人們烹飪的主要參考資料,食譜與平板電腦的結合─電子食譜,則越來越受歡迎。 本研究主要是基於使用者中心設計,找出電子食譜應用於平板電腦的介面問題。本研究分兩階段進行,分別為先期喜好度調查與模擬介面實驗。先期喜好度調查又分兩階段:(1) 探討一般使用者對於電子食譜之功能與版面需求喜好度與操作方式;(2) 探討專家使用者之介面配置喜好認知。再根據所得之分析結果設計出一款電子食譜進行模擬介面實驗。 研究結果發現:(1) 電子食譜之分類搜尋需求度具有顯著需求的有烹調時間、難易程度、評分高低、各國料理、節慶分類、料理類型與關鍵字搜尋等七種。(2) 選單圖示化表達可透過增加文字標註,減少使用者認知負擔。(3)食譜搜尋任務上「關鍵字搜尋」之主觀滿意度各方面都高於「分類選單搜尋」,但客觀操作時間上「分類選單搜尋」花較少時間就能完成搜尋任務。(4) 食譜的呈現方式,影片呈現的理解程度高於圖片呈現,但喜好程度上圖片呈現的喜好程度卻高於影片呈現。 未來研究方向,依電子食譜發展的走向,相信「食譜社群網站」是一個趨勢,未來可就使用者分享、食譜討論等調整使用族群加以研究。而且,「更直覺的手勢操作」將成為未來趨勢,如何引導使用者學習特定的手勢操作,有助於提升使用者的易用性。另外,有些受測者反映,在廚房料理時沒有閒暇將手擦乾淨再去使用電子食譜,若能在食譜閱覽時加入聲音操控或者如kinect之體感操控將會更加便於烹飪環境下使用。

In 2010, Jan. Steve Jobs, ex-CEO of Apple, announced iPad and created amazing sales to open a different scenario and market. Because the rise of tablet PC. It made a revolution and fashion to make tablet PC could use in different area. On the other hand, recipes are the main reference when people cook. Digital recipes are the combination of recipe and tablet PC, they are getting more and more popular. Based on the user-center design, this study aimed to figure out the problems of interface adopted in tablet PC. This study is divided into two stages. They are the preference research in the earlier stage and the experiment of analog interface. Preference research in the earlier stage is also divided into two stages. (1) Discussing about digital recipe for normal user's needs, preference and the way of operation digital recipe. (2) Discussing professional user's preference about interface layout. According to the analysis result, design a digital recipe for the experiment of analog interface. Findings include: (1) There is seven digital recipe’s classifying search needs: cooking time, degree of difficulty, height of grading, the foods of different country, celebration of classifying, types of food and keyword. (2) Menu iconify by increase word tag, to reduce user’s load. (3) On the task of recipe search, “The search of keyword” is higher than “The search of classifying”. But, “The search of classifying” wastes the less time to finish the task. (4) The way to perform the recipe, video’s performance is higher than image’s. But, they prefer image more than video. In the future of digital recipe, believing that "recipe sharing social sites" will be a future tendency. Adjust user groups to discuss about user sharing and discuss recipe. And, "More intuitive gesture operation” will be a future tendency. How to led user to learn special gesture operation will make user use easily. Moreover, some testees reflect that they do not have free time to clean their hands and use digital recipe when they are cooking. If add the voice control or body control, like kinect,, when reading recipe, it could made cooking environment more convenient.
