參與動機、組織認同、人際信任與幸福感關係之研究

摘要


對於許多參與宗教性組織志工來說,究其參與的原因甚多,可能 是基於對某種宗教的信仰、興趣、自我成長、累積功德、從眾與助人, 以及理念認同等,繼而選擇奉獻與傳承,這種精神著實令人佩服。因 此,本研究想了解參與宗教性組織志工的心理面如何影響行為面之關 係,主要探討議題為參與動機、組織認同、人際信任對幸福感之影響 情形。 本研究對象為宗教志工,採用紙本問卷及線上問卷兩種方式進行 資料蒐集,回收有效問卷分別為 102 份及 323 份,採用 SPSS 軟體及 PROCESS 分析模組進行分析。 本研究發現: 一、 宗教志工參與的動機越高,則組織認同感、人際信任也會 跟著升高,同時幸福感亦會提高,四者間有顯著關係。 二、 組織認同在參與動機與幸福感間具有中介效果。 三、 人際信任在參與動機與幸福感間具有中介效果。 綜合上述,本研究提出之建議與相關研究供宗教團體使用。

For many volunteers who participate in religious organizations, there are many reasons for their participation, which may be based on their belief in a certain religion, interest, self growth, accumulation of merit, conformity and helping others, as well as ideological identification, and then choose to contribute and inherit. This spirit is truly admirable. Therefore, this study aims to understand how the psychological aspect of participating in religious organization volunteers affects the relationship between behavioral aspects, and mainly explores the impact of participation motivation, organizational identity, and interpersonal trust on happiness. The object of this study is religious volunteers. Data are collected by using paper questionnaires and online questionnaires. The effective questionnaires are 102 and 323. SPSS software and PROCESS analysis module are used for analysis. The findings of this study: 1.The higher motivation of religious volunteers to participate, the higher sense of organizational identification will follow. When there is a higher sense of identity, the interpersonal trust will also rise, and then the sense of happiness will be generated. 2.Organizational identification has a mediating effect between participation motivation and happiness. 3.Interpersonal trust has a mediating effect between participation motivation and happiness. Based on the above, the suggestions and related studies proposed in this study are using by religious groups.
