臺南市國小專任輔導教師工作壓力、社會支持與憂鬱傾向之相關研究

臺南市國小專任輔導教師工作壓力、社會支持與憂鬱傾向之相關研究 研究生:蘇芬芳 指導教授:陳義汶 台南應用科技大學生活服務產業系生活應用科學碩士班 摘要 本研究旨在瞭解台南市國小專任輔導教師之工作壓力、社會支持與憂鬱傾向的現況與三者的關係。以109學年度台南市國小專輔教師總計86人為研究對象,研究工具包含「基本資料」、「工作壓力量表」、「社會支持量表」、「憂鬱傾向量表」,進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷73份,回收率為84.9%。 研究結果顯示:(一)台南市國小專任輔導教師之工作壓力現況屬低程度;(二)不同背景變項的國小專任輔導教師在工作壓力有部分顯著差異;(三)台南市國小專任輔導教師之社會支持現況屬中程度;(四)不同背景變項的國小專任輔導教師在社會支持有部分顯著差異;(五)台南市國小專任輔導教師之憂鬱傾向現況屬低程度;(六)不同背景變項的國小專任輔導教師在憂鬱傾向有部分顯著差異;(七)國小專任輔導教師之工作壓力與社會支持呈高度負相關;工作壓力與憂鬱傾向呈高度正相關;社會支持與憂鬱傾向呈中度負相關;(八)使用最小平方法(PLS)進行模型檢測並探討各變項間的關係,研究結果發現社會支持對工作壓力具有負向的影響以及工作壓力對憂鬱傾向具有正向的影響。雖社會支持對憂鬱不存在直接效果,但工作壓力對社會支持與憂鬱傾向有中介效果。

Study on the Relationships among Work Stress, Social Support and Depression Tendency of Full-time Guidance Counselors in Tainan Elementary Schools Graduate:Fen-Fang Su Adviser:Yi-Wen Chen Master Degree Program of Applied Living Science in Department of Living Services Industry, Tainan University of Technology Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among work stress, social support and depression tendency from full-time guidance counselors in elementary schools in Tainan City. A total of 86 teachers in the 109 school year were used as the research objects. A total of 73 valid questionnaires were collected, with a recovery rate of 84.9%. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The work stress of full-time guidance counselors is low. (2) There are significant differences in the work stress of full-time guidance counselors with different background variables. (3) The social support of full-time guidance counselors is moderate. (4) There are some significant differences in social support among full-time guidance counselors with different background variables. (5) The depression tendency of full-time guidance counselors is low. (6) There are some significant differences in depression tendency among full-time guidance counselors with different background variables. (7) The work stress of full-time guidance counselors is highly negatively correlated with social support, and work stress is highly positively correlated with depression tendency. Social support is moderately negatively correlated with depression tendency. (8) The least squares method (PLS) was used to test the model and explore the relationship among three variables. The social support of teachers has significantly negative effect for work stress. However, the work stree has significantly positive effet for depression tendency. Although social support had no direct effect on depression, work stress had a mediating effect on the relationship between social support and depression tendency.
