臺中市國民小學代理教師工作壓力與因應策略關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress and Coping Strategies of the Elementary School Substitute Teachers in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學代理教師工作壓力與因應策略之關係,並比較不同背景變項國小代理教師工作壓力、壓力因應策略之現況與差異情形,及分析工作壓力對因應策略的預測作用。本研究以108學年度臺中市國民小學代理教師為研究對象,以自編的「臺中市國民小學代理教師工作壓力與因應策略調查問卷」進行調查,共發出260份問卷,有效問卷回收240份,有效問卷回收率92.31%。回收後再以統計軟體SPSS進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等統計資料分析,獲得結果如下: 一、臺中市國民小學代理教師工作壓力接近中等程度。 二、臺中市國民小學代理教師使用因應策略程度高。 三、擔任不同職務之臺中市國民小學代理教師之工作壓力有差異,級任教師工作壓力大於科任教師。 四、不同婚姻狀況之臺中市國民小學代理教師之因應策略有差異,已婚教師使用頻率大於未婚教師。 五、臺中市國民小學代理教師工作壓力與因應策略低度負相關。 六、臺中市國小代理教師工作壓力之「親師交流」,對整體因應策略有預測力。 本研究亦根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機構、學校、代理教師、未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and coping strategies of elementary schools substitute teachers in Taichung City. Compared the current situation and differences of job stress and coping strategies of elementary schools substitute teachers, and analyzed the predictive effect of job stress on coping strategies. In this study, the substitute teachers of Taichung elementary school in 108th academic year were the object of the research. A self-made "Questionnaire on the job stress and coping strategies of substitute teachers elementary school in Taichung City" was used to collect the data for this research. A total of 260 questionnaires were issued, and 240 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate of the valid questionnaires was 92.31%. After the collection, the statistical software SPSS was used for statistical data analysis. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t- test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson performance difference and multiple regression, etc. The results are as follows: 1. The job stress of elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City is close to the medium level. 2. The elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City have frequently use coping strategies. 3. The job stress of elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City with different positions has significant differences. The job stress of classroom teachers is greater than that of subject teachers. 4. There are significant differences in the coping strategies of elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City with different marital status. Married teachers use the strategies more frequently than unmarried teachers. 5. The job stress of elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City has a significant low-level negative correlation with coping strategies. 6. The job stress from the "parent-teacher communication" of elementary school substitute teachers in Taichung City has predictive power to the overall coping strategies. The results of this study can also be used as suggestions for educational educational administrations, schools, substitute teachers, and future research.
