本研究之主要目的,在探討國民中學教師專業發展評鑑與工作壓力關係之研究。為達到研究目的,乃依據文獻探討分析,自編「國民中學教師專業發展評鑑與工作壓力之相關研究調查問卷」作為研究工具,並以台中縣參與辦理教師專業發展評鑑學校教師為研究對象,採普查方法進行問卷調查,調查所得資料以SPSS for Window 12.0,進行平均數、標準差、獨立t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析。根據主要研究發現,得到以下結論: 一、國中教師對教師專業發展評鑑整體的同意程度偏中高。 二、不同性別、年齡、任教年資教師對於教師專業發展評鑑意見無顯著差異。 三、不同最高學歷、擔任職務教師對於教師專業發展評鑑意見達顯著差異。 四、參與教師專業發展評鑑國中教師之工作壓力屬中等偏高。 五、不同性別、年齡、最高學歷教師工作壓力無顯著差異。 六、不同服務年資、擔任職務教師工作壓力達顯著差異。 七、教師專業發展評鑑內涵同意程度與教師工作壓力為低度負相關。 最後,透過本研究結果,提出具體可行的建議,提供教育主管機關、學校辦理教師專業發展評鑑之重要參考。
The main purpose on the study was to explore the relationship between teacher professional development evaluation and the job pressure on the junior high school teachers. The self-made questionnaire of “The relationship between Teacher Professional Development Evaluation and the Job Pressure on the Junior High School Teachers” was used to collect data. The collected results were later analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. The research results were followings: (1) The degree of teacher''s identification with teacher evaluation for professional development was above the average degree. (2) There was no significant difference in the degree of teacher''s identification with teacher evaluation for professional development among sex, ages, and working years. (3) There were significant differences in the degree of teacher''s identification with teacher evaluation for professional development among teachers’ duties, and the highest education background. (4) The degree of the job pressure of teachers who participated in the Plan of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development was above the average. (5) There were no significant differences about job pressure of junior high school teachers in working year, and the duties of school. (6) There were significant differences about job pressure of junior high school teachers in working year, and the duties of school. (7) The degree of teacher''s identification with teacher evaluation for professional development could predict the job stress of junior high school teachers who participated in the Plan of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development. According to the results of the research, several suggestions to educational administrative institutions, elementary school administrations, and teachers were proposed.
