由於台灣產業的競爭已經從區域性轉為全球化的競爭,企業之經營方式從傳統的競爭模式漸漸地轉變為分工與合作的經營模式,因此,整合上下游廠商,藉由團體力量與外界競爭的產業供應鏈管理觀念逐漸形成,其供應商之優劣是影響企業運作的關鍵要素,優良的供應鏈體系是由許多良好的廠商互相配合而組成的,其中又以提供材料或服務的供應商與企業關係最為密切,倘若企業能與良好的供應商相互結盟,不但可以獲得外包服務的支援,亦可提高整體產業鏈之競爭能力。 塑膠成型機成本不能像大量製造的產品一樣廉價,過程的失敗風險也是非常高,這些成本與風險在買方直接與間接皆須同時承受,使得產品的生產品質、交期與服務與成本各方面的不確定性提高。因此建構一套有效的供應商評選模式,對塑膠成型機產業是有顯著的重要性。 本研究在構面之設計方面,係依據Araz and Ozkarahan的十項評估準則為基礎,並運用層級分析(AHP)法,建構出塑膠成型機業者普遍可適用的供應商選擇評估模式。本研究結果發現:主要構面以交期與服務最受重視、其次為成本和品質;評估指標則以交貨管控能力最受重視、其次為價格合理性和產品可靠程度等。
Taiwan industry competition has changed from a regional to global competition, the mode of operation of the enterprises gradually shift from the traditional mode of competition for the business model of the division of labor and cooperation, therefore, to integrate upstream and downstream firms, by group force to compete with the outside world the industry supply chain management concept concept gradually formed, its suppliers pros and cons affect the business operations of the key elements of a good supply chain system by many adverse good vendors each other with the which consists of, which provide materials or services the supply of providers and business relationship most closely, if the enterprise with good suppliers mutual alliance, not only can get the support of outsourcing services, will also enhance the competition of the whole industry chain capability. Plastic molding machine costs can not be like a large number of manufacturing the product-cost price, process failure risk is also very high, these costs and risks in the buyer directly and indirectly, are required at the same time bear, makes the product production quality, delivery and service and the cost of various aspects of the higher uncertainty. Construct an effective supplier selection mode, plastic molding machine industry is of significant importance. The design of this study in the dimensions based on the Araz and Ozkarahan 10 evaluations criteria-based, and the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, construct plastic molding machine industry choose suppliers generally applicable assessment mode. The results of this study found: main dimensions to delivery and service the most important, followed by the cost and quality; assessment indicators are based on delivery control abilities most attention, followed by the prices reasonable and reliable product extent.
