本研究目的在探討嘉義地區高職學生,其家庭結構對情緒管理及人際關係之影響。此外,進一步分析情緒管理與人際關係兩變項之間的相關性。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,以嘉義地區某高職生為研究對象,並以便利抽樣方式進行問卷施測,共發500份。資料收集後,以描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析以及Pearson積差相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究獲得結論簡要說明如下: 一、高職學生之情緒管理不會因家庭結構型態的不同而有顯著差異性。 二、高職學生之人際關係會因家庭結構型態的不同有顯著差異性。雙親家庭與單親家庭的學生其人際關係並未有顯著差異;而且來自這兩種型態的學生其人際關係皆比來自他人照顧家庭的學生差。 三、高職學生之情緒管理與人際關係具有顯著正相關。
This study empirically investigates the relationships among family structure, emotional management and interpersonal relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted to fulfill this purpose using a sample of 445 effective questionnaires gathered from vocational high schools at Chiayi. The analyses of statistics such as independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data, with the software of PASW Statistics. Also, the study examines whether emotional management and interpersonal relationship will be significantly different between family structures. Finally, implications and future research suggestions are discussed. The main results of this research are as follows. 1.Vocational high school students’ emotional management will not differ from family structure. 2.There is significant difference in vocational high school students’ interpersonal relationship between different family structures. Students from others care families on average have better interpersonal relationship than single parent or couple families. 3.Emotional management is positively related to interpersonal relationship.
