In order to grasp the competitive advantage, it is necessary to effectively use and manage the tacit knowledge existing in individuals or organizations. As a result, many organizations encourage employees to share their personal knowledge and regard knowledge sharing as an important task. Under the rigid organizational culture and leadership model, military units have also begun to attach importance to knowledge sharing, and have actively carried out organizational changes in recent years. This study explores the organizational culture, leadership style, and willingness to share knowledge in military units to assist the military units' knowledge management capabilities. The research found that (1) organizational culture positively affects leadership style, (2) organizational culture positively affects knowledge sharing willingness, (3) organizational culture indirectly affects knowledge sharing willingness through leadership style.
