For consumers, buying and selling houses is not only an extremely complicated decision-making process, but also a multi-level decision-making consideration. For residential developers, only by understanding the needs of customers can they have certain competitiveness in the development of real estate. Therefore, this study uses AHP, which is commonly used in the multi-criteria decision-making process, to assist decision makers in the study of housing product selection. According to the research results, the top five items most valued by decision-makers are safety and structure, living space, disgusting facilities, house age, and resale profitability. The last five items that are least valued are living functions, transportation convenience, loan interest rate, decoration cost, and housing cost. AHP can assist decision-makers in purchasing houses to choose the most satisfactory residential products for them.
