The Relationship among Marital Quality, Marital Attitudes and Intimacy of Married Males in the IC Industry

摘要

本研究主旨是瞭解IC產業已婚男性婚姻品質、婚姻態度及親密情感之現況，分析不同背景變項對婚姻品質、婚姻態度與親密情感的差異情形，以及婚姻品質、婚姻態度與親密情感各因素間之關係，最後並探討不同背景變項、婚姻品質與婚姻態度對親密情感的解釋力。本研究以桃園、台南地區之IC產業已婚男性共391名為受試者，以「婚姻品質量表」、「婚姻態度量表」、「親密情感量表」為研究工具，採取描述統計、單因子變異數分析及逐步多元迴歸等方法，進行統計分析。本研究重要之研究結果如下：
一、就婚姻品質而言，以專科(含)以下教育程度、月收入50,001~60,000元、配
偶有全職工作者，其婚姻品質愈好。
二、就婚姻態度而言，以配偶未上班、擴展家庭，其評價愈好。
三、就親密情感而言，以年齡41歲以上、研究所以上教育程度、配偶有全職工作者、核心家庭、無子女者，其親密情感愈高。
四、個人背景變項、婚姻品質各層面與婚姻態度各層面對親密情感之各層面，具有解釋力。
最後，根據本研究結果進行討論，期望能在家庭婚姻生活能有所助益，為未來研究的參考與相關單位在實務上的應用。

This research aims to figure out current situation of marital quality, marital attitude, and intimacy for married males in high-tech industry, and to analyze the differences between differential influences of various background variables on marital quality, marital attitude, and intimacy, find out the relationship between the factors of marital quality, marital attitude, and intimacy, and finally investigate the explanatory power various background variables, marital quality, and marital attitude have on intimacy. Total 391 married males working in high-tech industry in Taoyuan and Tainan areas were enrolled as subjects, Marital Quality Scale, Marital Attitude Scale, and Intimacy Scale were employed as research tools, and methods such as descriptive statistics, one factor analysis of variance, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regressions were adopted for statistical analysis. The key findings of the research are as below:
1. Married males have better marital quality if their education level is no higher than college, their monthly income between NTD50,001 and 60,000, and have full-time job spouses.
2. Married males have better evaluation in marital attitude if they have no-working spouses, extended families.
3. Married males have higher in intimacy if their age is over 41, educational background over graduate school, spouses have full-time jobs, nuclear family, and do not have child.
4. Personal background variables, various aspects of marital quality and the same of marital attitudes have explanatory power on various aspects of intimacy.

Finally, the results-based discussion is expected to be beneficial to family and marriage life, used as references for future studies, and useful in practical application.
