摘要

本篇論文以浪漫派音樂家蕭邦的《第一號G 小調敘事曲，作品23》為研究主軸，探討其在體裁和演奏上的風格樣貌。這首充滿獨創性的樂曲中，蕭邦將古老的音樂敘事形式提升，進而將文學意涵和音樂創作融合在一起。蕭邦的第一號敘事曲具有深遠的影響，並為未來的鋼琴創作打開一個新的篇章。本論文藉由此曲，來深入探究蕭邦的音樂風格、曲式分析和樂曲詮釋，做一研究報告。
第一章是緒論，探討其動機和研究方法。第二章著重於蕭邦的傳記和音樂風格。第三，四章提供其創作背景，音樂分析和演奏詮釋。第五章總結並結論本論文。

The present thesis focuses on stylistic and performance aspects of Frederic Francois Chopin’s Ballade No. 1 in G minor, Op. 23. In this particular piece of music, Chopin elevates an ancient, narrative form of music into a merge of literary elements and virtuoso displays. Chopin’s Ballade No. 1 has great impacts and it opens a new chapter for the future piano writings. The thesis will conduct a thorough research of Chopin’s musical style, analysis of
the music, and interpretation of performances.
Chapter One is the introduction discussing motives and research methods. Chapter Two focuses on Chopin’s biography and musical styles. Chapter Three and Four provide compositional background, musical analysis and performance interpretations. Chapter Five summarizes and concludes the thesis.
