幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力與休閒活動之探討

摘要本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力與休閒活動及探究個人背景因素、工作壓力及休閒活動的關係，以臺北、臺中、高雄市之教保服務人員為研究對象，進行問卷調查研究。其結果：在工作壓力方面，教保服務人員工作壓力以「幼兒園福利」的平均壓力程度為最大；在休閒活動方面，教保服務人員參與休閒活動類型以「進修知識類」的參與程度最大；就整體工作壓力和整體休閒活動而言未達顯著差異，但就各層面，以「工作負荷」壓力層面和「進修知識類」活動層面相關係數為最高，且達顯著差異。

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of preschool teachers' work stress on leisure activities and to explore the relationship betwe en personal background factors, work stress and leisure activities. The preschool teachers in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung were used as research objects to conduct questionnaire surveys. As a result, in terms of work pressure, the average pressure of preschool teachers' work pressure is the highest in terms of "park welfare". In terms of leisure activities, preschool teachers participate in leisure activities with the highest level of "professional knowledge": Work pressure and overall leisure activities did not reach significant differences, but at each level, the correlation coefficient between the “workload” stress level and the “professional knowledge” activity level was the highest and reached significant differences.
