ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of preschool teachers' work stress on leisure activities and to explore the relationship betwe en personal background factors, work stress and leisure activities. The preschool teachers in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung were used as research objects to conduct questionnaire surveys. As a result, in terms of work pressure, the average pressure of preschool teachers' work pressure is the highest in terms of "park welfare". In terms of leisure activities, preschool teachers participate in leisure activities with the highest level of "professional knowledge": Work pressure and overall leisure activities did not reach significant differences, but at each level, the correlation coefficient between the “workload” stress level and the “professional knowledge” activity level was the highest and reached significant differences.
