臺中市公立幼兒園教保服務人員情緒勞務對工作壓力之影響-以休閒調適為干擾

The Influence of Emotional Labor of Work Stress on Preschool Educator in Taichung City-with Leisure Adjustment Interference

摘要


本研究旨要探討教保服務人員情緒勞務對工作壓力的影響,並以休閒調適為干擾後是否降低情緒勞務對工作壓力影響的情形。以台中市公立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象,共發出400份問卷,有效問卷394份,有效問卷率98.5%。回收問卷資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行皮爾森積差相關、簡單迴歸分析、多元迴歸分析及階層迴歸分析,得到結論為:整體情緒勞務情形屬中上程度,整體工作壓力屬中等程度,而整體休閒調適情形良好。整體情緒勞務對整體工作壓力沒有顯著影響,但能正向預測整體休閒調適;整體休閒調適對整體工作壓力無顯著影響,但對情緒勞務有顯著影響效果。休閒調適在情緒勞務子構面對工作壓力子構面具有部份干擾效果。根據研究結果,建議教保服務人員應提昇自我情緒掌控能力,培養正向工作態度,藉由參與進修活動以提升專業能力,並積極投入多元休閒活動,以增進良好的人際關係及促進身心健康。

The emotion of preschool educator is not only directly affects personal physical and mental health, but also indirectly affects the quality of teaching; the purpose of this study aims to explore the emotional labor has impact of preschool educator on work stress, and whether to reduce the impact of emotional labor on work pressure after taking leisure adjustment as interference. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out to Taichung City Public Preschool Educator, with 394 valid questionnaires and a valid questionnaire rate of 98.5%. After questionnaires responses are received, the Pearson product-moment correlation, Simple linear regression analysis, Multiple regression analysis analysis, Hierarchical regression analysis are done by the SPSS, and the results are shown as below: The emotional labor is at the upper middle level, work pressure is moderate, and the leisure adjustment situation is good. The emotional labor service has no palpable effect on the work pressure, but it can positively predict the leisure adjustment; the leisure adjustment has no palpable effect on the work pressure, But it has a effectively affect on emotional labor. The aspects of leisure adaptation has impact in the aspects of emotional labor on the aspects of work pressure. According to research result, recommendations the preschool educator should enhance emotional self-control ability, cultivate positive work attitude, by participating in training activities to enhance professional capacity, and actively involved in diverse leisure activities, in order to increase the good relationships and promote physical and mental health.
