臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與類型與教學效能關係之研究

The Study of the Relationship between Working Pressure, Recreation Involving Style and Teaching Effectiveness for Taichung Municipal Elementary School Teachers

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與類型與教學效能之相關情形,以了解臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與類型與教學效能的現況。為達研究目的,採問卷調查法,以臺中市市立國民小學教師為研究對象,研究工具為研究者自編之「臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力、教學效能與休閒活動參與類型」之調查問卷,採分層叢集抽樣方式發出問卷,共發出575份問卷,回收有效問卷556份,有效問卷回收率為96.70%。回收資料以統計套裝軟體 SPSS 20.0中文版執行,採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、多元迴歸等統計分析後,獲得結果如下: 一、臺中市市立國民小學教師之工作壓力屬於「中下程度」,其中以「工作負荷」層面具有較大的壓力。 二、臺中市市立國民小學教師之休閒活動參與屬於「中等程度」,其中以「個人閒逸類」的參與最多。 三、臺中市市立國民小學教師之教學效能屬於「高程度」,其中以「班級經營」層面具有較高的教學效能。 四、不同背景變項之臺中市市立國民小學教師在工作壓力整體及各層面上的差異,在性別、擔任職務有顯著差異。 五、不同背景變項之臺中市市立國民小學教師在休閒活動參與類型整體及各層面上的差異,在性別、婚姻狀況、服務年資有顯著差異。 六、不同背景變項之臺中市市立國民小學教師在教學效能整體及各層面上的差異,在年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、擔任職務有顯著差異。 七、臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力與教學效能間呈現顯著負相關。 八、臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力與休閒活動參與類型間呈現顯著負相關。 九、臺中市市立國民小學教師休閒活動參與類型與教學效能間呈現顯著正相關。 十、臺中市市立國民小學教師工作壓力與休閒活動參與類型對教學效能具有預測效果,以工作壓力較有預測效果,其中又以「專業知能」層面對最具預測效果。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教師、學校、教育主管單位及未來研究者之參考。

The main purpose of the study is to understand the working pressure, recreation involving style and teaching effectiveness of Taichung municipal elementary school teachers by investigating the relationship between the variables. Subjects are evaluated by the inventory edited from the researcher. Clusters are stratified sampling. There are 575 questionnaires; 556 questionnaires are valid; effective response rate is 96.70%. The data obtained from the inventories are analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple re-aggression. The findings are shown as follows: 1. The perception of working stress for the subjects is lower intermediate. The aspect of working loadings ranks the highest. 2. The perception of recreation involving style is intermediate. The aspect of self-recreation ranks the highest. 3. The perception of teaching effectiveness is high. The aspect of class management ranks the highest. 4. The elementary teachers of different gender and position are significantly different in working pressure. 5. The elementary teachers of different gender, marriage and length of service are significantly different in recreation involving style. 6. The elementary teachers of different age, marriage, length of service and position are significantly different in teaching effectiveness. 7. The working pressure and effectiveness for Taichung municipal elementary school teachers are significantly negative correlation. 8. The working pressure and recreation involving style for Taichung municipal elementary school teachers are significantly negative correlation. 9. The recreation involving style and teaching effectiveness for Taichung municipal elementary school teachers are significantly positive correlation. 10. The working pressure and recreation involving style for Taichung municipal elementary school teachers can predict teaching effectiveness; working pressure has higher prediction. Among them, professional perception ranks the highest. Based on the findings of this study, the researcher makes some suggestions for teachers, schools, the authorities and future studies.
