臺中市國小教師休閒運動調適、工作壓力與幸福感之關係研究

A study on the relationships between leisure sports adjustment, work pressure, well-being of elementary school teachers in Taichung City

摘要


本研究目的在探討臺中市國小教師之工作壓力對幸福感之影響;並以休閒運動調適作為調節教師工作壓力對幸福感之影響情形。研究以臺中市104學年度公立國民小學學校之正職教師為對象,總計發出420份問卷,回收412份,剔除無效問卷19份,共計393份有效問卷。經SPSS 19.0版進行描述性分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析及階層迴歸分析,得到如下結論:一、教師工作壓力適度降低,是有助於幸福感的提升;且教師在面對各種工作負荷時,亦能將工作所帶來的壓力轉換成幸福感;而教師應多利用幸福感之人際關係互動及身心健康,來降低工作壓力所帶來之心理衝突效果。二、當教師工作負荷壓力愈高時,就愈需要從事休閒運動作為調適,方能提升教師之整體幸福感;而教師工作壓力之專業知能愈低時,愈需要多從事休閒運動作為調適,如此才能提高教師幸福感之人際關係與生活滿意表現。本研究發現可供教育部門、學校與教師作為參考,以落實休閒運動之推廣,提升教師幸福感。

This research was purposed to explore the influence on the sense of happiness caused by work stress among the teachers of those elementary schools and junior high schools on Taichung. Additionally, the influence on the sense of happiness after the adjustment with recreational sporting activities among the afraid teachers were explored. In this research, the experimental subjects were recruited from the full-time teachers of elementary schools and junior high schools on Taichung in 2015. There were totally 420 questionnaires delivered wherein there were 412 replies received. By eliminating 19 invalid replies, there were totally 393 valid replies received with the receipt of valid replies rated at 95.4%. After the descriptive analysis, Pearson’s Correlation, the multiple regression analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS Version 19.0 was conducted, this research was concluded as below: 1. It was helpful to enhance the sense of happiness among teachers only when the work stress was appropriately relieved. When teachers were facing various kinds of work loading, they could convert the pressure caused by work loading into the sense of happiness. 2. Whenever teachers burdened higher pressure driven by work loading, they needed more recreational sporting activities served as adjustment. As such, it was just available to enhance the overall sense of happiness among teachers. Whenever teachers possessed less professional knowledge about work stress, they needed more recreational sporting activities served as adjustment. As such, it was just available for teachers to enhance the interpersonal relationship leading to the sense of happiness and the performance with satisfied life. This research could be served as the reference available for education departments, schools and teachers to materialize the promotion of recreational sporting activities and enhance the sense of happiness among teachers.
