本研究旨在瞭解工作壓力和休閒活動參與對國小教師身心健康之情形。以屏東縣正式國小教師為研究對象,採隨機的方式實施問卷調查,以自編的「工作壓力和休閒活動參與對國小教師身心健康之研究問卷」為研究工具。調查期間共發出問卷696份,共回收有效問卷612份,有效量表回收率為88%。為達本研究目的及驗證獨立樣本之考驗假設之需,本研究將回收之有效樣本以描述統計、項目分析、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。最後再根據研究結果,提出結論及具體建議。 本研究得到主要結論如下: 一、國小教師整體工作壓力較偏屬中下程度;整體休閒活動參與頻率較偏屬中等程度;整體身心健康偏屬中上程度。 二、不同背景變項的國小教師在工作壓力上,不同性別、年齡、任教職務、教學年資、婚姻狀況等有顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項的國小教師在休閒活動參與上,不同性別、年齡、任教職務、教學年資、教育背景、婚姻狀況等有顯著差異。 四、國小教師的工作壓力和身心健康有典型相關存在,且有二個典型相關因素達到顯著水準。 五、國小教師的休閒活動參與和身心健康狀況呈顯著正相關。 六、國小教師的工作壓力及休閒活動參與,對身心健康狀況具有顯著的預測力。
This research aimed to understand the influence of job stress and leisure participation on physical and mental health of elementary school teachers in Ping-Tung County. Self-developed questionnaire was used in the survey. 612 out of 696 questionnaires were distributed and collected with a return rate of 88%. Descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Canonical correlation, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The findings are as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers have low job stress, moderate leisure participation, and high physical and mental health. 2. Significant differences were found between job stress and background variables of sex, age, job position, years of teaching, and marriage status. 3. Significant differences were found between leisure participation and background variables of sex, age, job position, years of teaching, educational background, and marriage status. 4. Canonical correlation existed between job stress and physical and mental health. 5. There is positive correlation between leisure participation and physical and mental health. 6. Job stress and leisure participation can predict physical and mental health of elementary school teachers.
