近年來,軍職人員工作壓力的議題漸受重視,許多學者以不同的國軍人員為對象,探討其工作壓力的相關影響,但較少有學者提出有關海巡署軍職人員的研究文獻,故本研究以海巡署軍職人員為研究對象,探討各單位同仁工作滿足、工作壓力及組織承諾之間的關係。 本研究採取紙本便利抽樣方式發放問卷,共計發放問卷 270 份,實際回收 270 份,扣除無效問卷 23份,得有效問卷共計 247份,將有效問卷資料實施SPSS軟體統計分析,透由迴歸分析及相關分析驗證本研究之假設,研究結果顯示: 1.海巡署軍職人員工作滿足對組織承諾有顯著預測效果; 2.海巡署軍職人員工作壓力對組織承諾有顯著預測效果; 3.海巡署軍職人員工作滿足、工作壓力對組織承諾有顯著預測效果。 關鍵詞:工作滿足、工作壓力、海岸巡防署軍職人員、組織承諾
For the past few years, the issue of jobbing pressure on military personnel has received increasing attention. Many scholars have studied the influence of job pressure of different military branches personnel. However, few scholars take the military personnel of the Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Coast Guard Administration) as the research object. Therefore, this study aims at the military personnel of the Coast Guard Administration and discusses the relationship between job satisfaction, job pressure, and organizational commitments of various units. The questionnaire survey in this study was based on paper-based convenience sampling. 270 questionnaires were issued and 270 were recovered. After deducting 23 invalid questionnaires, 247 valid questionnaires were obtained. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) was used for regression analysis and correlation analysis to verify the hypothesis of this study. The results show: 1. The job satisfication of the military personnel of the Coast Guard Administration has a significant predictive effect on organizational commitments; 2. The job pressure of the military personnel of the Coast Guard Administration has a significant predictive effect on organizational commitment; 3. The job satisfaction and work pressure of the military personnel of the Coast Guard Administration has a significant predictive effect on organizational commitment.
