應用劇場理論探討遊客體驗行銷知覺之研究-以新港鄉板陶窯工藝園區為例

嘉義縣新港板陶窯園區具有交趾陶文化歷史獨特性，以及社區營造成果，交趾陶具有觀光價值並且創造經濟效益，發揮嘉義在地的獨一無二特色，本研究想要探討遊客來到交趾陶園區參觀，是否能感受到園區所要提供的體驗行銷？而對於園區的體驗是否具有體驗價值，並且有重遊意願以及推薦給親朋好友？本研究選取嘉義縣新港板陶窯園區為主要研究對象，共對2位園區經營者，35位遊客進行訪談，將訪談資料依據體驗行銷與體驗價值進行分類，並且引用劇場理論來比較園區提供的體驗行銷與遊客的體驗差異，作為園區經營策略改善的依據。研究發現體驗行銷部分，參訪板陶窯工藝園區的遊客，在於感官、行動、關聯體驗皆能瞭解園區所要傳達的交趾陶文化體驗及具有體驗價值，並且願意重遊以及分享給親朋好友。但園區的窯道設計陳列交趾陶窯燒、典故區傳達忠孝義民情操，以及北港溪堤岸大型壁畫表達生態環境被破壞造成自然景觀的問題為遊客較無法感受到。本研究認為顧客無法感受的情感體驗建議園區可借用時事議題來設計導覽解說內容，藉以加深遊客印象，以及設計傳達交趾陶忠孝教義主題及串聯地方風土民情故事的手作教學，增加遊客對傳統工藝的理解與興趣；建議工藝園區附近有陳忠正老師種植及照顧苦楝樹，可以此為例向遊客宣導及說明，增加遊客的思考體驗感受，使參訪者能充分感受到板陶窯園區的文創意涵及體驗價值，提升觀光效益。

Cochin Ceramic has its unique and historical values to Chiayi County. This study is to find out whether experiential marketing actually take place when tourists visit Bantaoyao Culture Park in Hsinkang, Chiayi County. Consequently, create tourism value and financial benefits. Two park operators and 35 visitors were interviewed in this study. Theater Theory is used to compare the results based on experiential marketing and experiential value. The results show that the visitors are aware of the senses, activities, and connections of the experiential value of cochin ceramic, but unable to sense emotional experience. Suggestions are made to provide visitors with more contents in the narrations of tour guides, and introduce more local cultural-related stories in the hands-on practices. Cultivation and care of Chinaberry tree near the park can be a perfect example to promote the spirit of cultural creativity.
