穿透—時空的對話:曾宜萍創作論述

摘要


「穿透—時空的對話」是筆者從2007年到2010年間於台南科技大學美術研究所在職進修期間,探索台灣古厝意象裡,令筆者感興趣及感動的元素,藉由創作將這些內在思維保留下來。 本文著重以古厝意象裡的窗櫺、彩瓷面磚象徵「過去」時空及筆者的內在情感,透過「傳統與創新相結合」的表現形式,將過去消失時空裡留下的圖像符號以新的形式保留下來,透過符號學及藝術心理學裡造形的張力來說明作品的形式意義,為逐漸消失的傳統之美與筆者找到新的方向。 本創作經由前四章:緒論、文獻探討、學理基礎、創作形式與內容分析等四方面整合後,最後做作品解析。創作分為《過去、現在》、《時空的對話》、《窗櫺的記憶》、《穿越過去》、《遇見未來》、《蛻變》六個系列,創作的主軸是以後現代的精神從傳統中找靈感,透過平面繪畫傳達筆者對過去、現在之間的情感,以立體造型可觸的形體展現古厝精神面的生命力,在創作的過程中像是踏上時空隧道回溯童年與創作中的自己對話。 經過研究所三年的創作歷程,開啟筆者在媒材使用與創作方向的多元發展,陶與玻璃的結合將作品裡的「穿透性」表現出來,透過指尖的細膩刻畫,在陶土上呈現出繁複的窗櫺、彩瓷面磚圖像,以釉彩與化妝土表現作品表面肌理與質感,在不斷探索、實驗中將創作理念展現出來。

「Penetration-Space-Time Dialogue」is the postgraduate explored the meaning of the ancient houses in Taiwan and searched for the elements of pulsating from the postgraduate studied at the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts, Tainan University of Technology from 2007 to 2010. The postgraduate retains the inherent thought by the artistic creation . The thesis emphasize the meaning of the ancient house window lattices and color porcelain flat bricks that symbolize passed space-time and the postgraduate’s inner emotions. Combine tradition and creation. Retain those past image symbols in some new expression form. Interpret the meaning of creation in semiology and art psychology. The postgraduate tried to find the new way for the dying traditional culture and the author’s creations. The thesis combines four chapters including the preface, the literature review, the learning foundation and the contents analysis. In conclusion, the postgraduate analyzed creations. The creations are six series of ‘past, nowadays’, ‘the space-time dialogue‘ ,‘the memory of window lattices’, ‘crossing the past’, ‘ fall in the future’ and ‘the qualitative change’. The main shaft of creation is looking for the inspiration from the spirit of the post-modern art. Transmit the postgraduate’s emotions between the past and nowadays by painting. Show the spirit vitality of the ancient houses by three-D modeling. It’s just like stepping in the space-time tunnel to recall the childhood communicated with the postgraduate who created the artistic creation. After three years the Institute process, open the postgraduate used in media and creative direction of pluralism, pottery and glass combining work "penetrating" show, through the finger of delicate characterizations, in clay on complicated window lattices and color porcelain flat bricks with tile image to glaze and make-up soil texture performance works and texture, continues to explore and experiment with the idea of the creation.
