本研究旨在探討科技大學餐飲系不同入學背景之學生其對實習課程學習滿意度,在學習成果、課程內容、人際關係及教師教學四個層面實習課程學習滿意度之現況及差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查,以自編的「科技大學餐飲系不同入學背景(高中、綜合高中、高職)之學生其對實習課程學習滿意度比較調查問卷」為本研究之工具進行調查,並以叢集抽樣方式選取4所科技大學餐飲管理系學生二、三及四年級學生共602人為研究對象,實際回收樣本數為559份,回收有效問卷共496份,有效問卷回收率為82.3%。蒐集的資料以平均數、標準差、次數分配、百分比、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及薛費式檢定法進行事後比較考驗。歸納本研究之分析結果,顯示: 一、整體科技大學餐飲管理系學生實習課程學習滿意度傾向「滿意」。 二、就整體分析,科技大學餐飲管理系高中、綜合高中及高職入學之學生在構 面總和之看法達顯著差異,高職入學顯著大於高中入學。 三、在學習成果構面的實習課程滿意程度,為高職入學顯著大於高中入學。 四、在課程內容構面的實習課程滿意程度,為高職入學顯著大於高中入學。 五、在人際關係構面的實習課程滿意程度,未達顯著差異。 六、在教師教學構面的實習課程滿意程度,未達顯著差異。 根據本研究結論,分別提出建議供教師、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究之參考。
The objective of this research is to study a comparative study of students' satisfaction from various sources of different types of high schools on their practice courses in food and beverage departments of universities of technology during their college years in learning results、course content、interpersonal relationship and teaching four levels。This research used the questionnaire”a comparative study of students' satisfaction from various sources of different types of high schools(high school、comprehensive high school、vocational high school) on their practice courses in food and beverage departments of universities of technology during their college years”, and to cluster sampling method to select University of Technology, Department of Food and Beverage Management students second, third and fourth grade students study a total of 602 people, the actual number of 559 samples were recovered, a total of 496 valid questionnaires, and the valid return rate was 82.3%. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics , including frequency distribution mean and standard deviation, percentage, t test, independent sample t test, one way ANOVA and Scheffe’s posterior comparisons。The main conclusions were as follows: 1.The overall internships satisfaction of the students in food and beverage management of University of Technology Department tend to "satisfactory. "。 2.The overall analysis, the students in Food and Beverage Management Department of University of Technology from high school, comprehensive high school and vocational school students in the dimensions is significant differences, the vocational school students is significantly higher than high school enrollment。 3.In the aspect of learning results,the satisfaction in the internship program of the vocational school students is significantly greater than the high school students。 4.In the aspect of course contents,the satisfaction in the internship program of the vocational school students is significantly greater than the high school students。 5.In the aspect of interpersonal relationship,the satisfaction in the internship program is no significantly difference。 6.In the aspect of teaching,the satisfaction in the internship program is no significantly difference。 Based on the results of statistics and analysis from this research,the conclusion and suggestion wewe made for educational administration agencies,high schools,teachers and future study so as to offer the references。
