現今由於經濟快速成長,使國人生活型態改變,若沒有透過方法來舒緩其壓力,都可能面臨自律神經失調的問題。過去研究曾指出自主神經會受不同因素如生活作息、工作型態等影響而產生變化,因此本研究擬探討一天中不同時段,心率變異之趨勢變化,進一步分析不同工作型態是否也會影響自主神經的變化趨勢。本研究以立意取樣方式來選定樣本個案,樣本數共40人(有工作20人、無工作20人)。運用攜帶式頻譜分析儀量測不同時段之心率變異,並進行獨立樣本t檢定統計分析。 研究結果發現早上與睡前的整體能量皆比中午與傍晚的整體能量高,且上午時段(早上至中午)精神開始提升亢奮的狀態,而下午時段(中午至傍晚)整體情緒開始鬆懈。進一步分析工作型態的影響,發現兩者整體能量的變化趨勢一致,亦即兩者早上與睡前的整體能量皆比中午與傍晚的整體能量高。但有工作者的上午時段提升亢奮的程度較無工作者來得明顯,且有工作者的下午時段整體情緒開始鬆懈的程度也較無工作者來得明顯。這結果顯示出有工作者在中午左右的壓力比無工作者明顯較高,因此本研究建議在中午時,有工作的族群可適度的放鬆來舒解身心壓力。
Due to rapid economic growth in recent years, the lifestyle of the Chinese people has changed. If not properly release the pressure, they may face the problem of autonomic disorders. Previous studies have pointed out that autonomic nerves are subject to changes due to different factors such as lifestyle, type of works, etc., therefore, this study intends to explore the trend of heart rate variability in one day and analyze whether different working patterns will also affect the autonomic nerves. Samples were selected by intentional sampling. The number of samples was 40, including 20 normal workers and 20 household keepers (defined as not working). A portable HRV analyzer was used to measure heart rate variability and independent t-test was used to analyze the results. The results show that the total energy is significantly higher in the morning and before sleep than at noon and in the evening. The sympathetic nerves show upward trend and the whole people is in an excited situation during morning period (7am to 12pm). However, the sympathetic nerves show downward trend in the afternoon period (12pm to 6pm) which means that the psychological pressure of work is released. By comparing the working patterns, the total energy is also significantly higher in the morning and before sleep than at noon and in the evening for both normal workers and household keepers. But the normal workers show significant excitement in the morning period and significant downward trend in sympathetic nerve system in the afternoon period than the household keepers, who show no significant change in sympathetic nerve system in the morning or afternoon. This result suggest that the normal workers suffer higher pressure than the household keepers especially around the noon and it is recommended that the normal workers can appropriately release the working pressure at noon.
