本研究在探討高雄市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力、工作價值觀與教學效能之現況,並瞭解不同背景之教保服務人員在工作壓力、工作價值觀與教學效能的差異性,與工作壓力、工作價值觀與教學效能三個變項彼此之間的關係。本研究以1335位高雄市公立幼兒園服務教保人員為研究對象,採叢集抽樣方式,寄發問卷400份,回收有效問卷332份,並使用Smart PLS軟體分析三個潛在變項的關聯性。 茲將本研究結果摘要分述如下: 一、教保服務人員的整體工作壓力屬中等程度。 二、教保服務人員的整體工作價值觀屬中等程度。 三、教保服務人員的整體教學效能屬中高程度。 四、教保服務人員之工作壓力與工作價值觀呈現無顯著相關。 五、教保服務人員之工作價值觀與教學效能呈現顯著正相關。 六、教保服務人員之工作壓力與教學效能呈現無顯著相關。 七、教保服務人員之工作價值觀對於工作壓力與教學效能不具有中介效果。
This study is to explore the current situation of job stress, work values and teaching effectiveness of public preschool educators in Kaohsiung City. And to understand the differences in job stress, work values and teaching effectiveness of public preschool educators in Kaohsiung City with different backgrounds. And the relationships among of three latent variables of job stress, work values and teaching effectiveness. This research is based on 1335 preschool educators in Kaohsiung City. Based on a cluster sampling, a total of 400 questionnaires. and 332 valid copies were retrieved. The collected data were analyzed the relationships among of three latent variables by using Smart PLS. Major findings of this study were summarized as following: 1. The current job stress of preschool educator were in the mediate level. 2. The current work values of preschool educator were in the mediate level. 3. The current teaching effectiveness of preschool educator were in the mediate-high level. 4. The job stress and work values of preschool educators were no-correlated . 5. The work values and teaching effectiveness of preschool educators were positively correlated . 6. The job stress and teaching effectiveness of preschool educators were no- correlated . 7. The work values do not have a mediating effect between job stress and teaching effectiveness.
