本研究旨在嘗試結合「園藝活動」與「心理治療」二種專業領域,希冀設計具有本土精神,且能適用於促進大學生身心適應之八週園藝治療方案。園藝治療方案分為二大部分,第一部分為「種植區種植活動」;第二部分則為「園藝治療團體」。本研究,以前後測準實驗設計進行研究。研究對象主要招募具有身心適應困擾之一年級新生20名,並將之分為實驗組和控制組。研究工具包含露臺園藝操作區、團體諮商室、園藝治療活動方案、大學生身心適應調查表、單元心得回饋表及團體滿意度評量表。資料收集後,研究者以前測分數為共變量,進行共變數分析,考驗實驗組與控制組前後測分數的差異。在「單元心得回饋表」及「團體滿意度評量表」上,以描述統計分析量化資料,在質化資料部分,以領導者觀察成員分析、研究者觀察記錄以及學生追蹤訪談分析進行共識分析並加以統整,以輔助解釋團體效果。量化研究結果顯示,園藝治療方案在減輕大學新生之「學校生活與學習」、「關係方面」和「壓力與情緒」三大變項之身心適應上有立即的成效。質化研究結果顯示,1.領導者發現園藝治療能增進成員探索的興趣及促進相互信任感的產生。2.園藝治療能增進成員上學的動機。3.藉由園藝治療活動可以激發成員的彼此互動,間接提升人際關係。4.參與園藝治療成員因為接觸植物而能放鬆壓力並且對生活產生期待。
The study attempted to combine two specialized fields: “horticultural activity ” and “psychotherapy”, in the hope of developing 8-week horticultural therapy program to promote psychophysical adjustment for Freshmen with local culture and originality. The horticultural therapy program was conducted in two parts. The 20 freshmen with psychophysical adjustment Disturbed are invited from Student Counseling Center. They are divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group participated 8-week horticultural therapy program. The research tools used included planting area, group counseling room, horticultural group therapy program, College Students’ Adjustment Check List, group feedback. The process of study involved. After obtaining the research data, the data of pretest and posttest are analyzed by Covariance, the data of group feedback are analyzed by Descriptive Statistics and Qualitative analysis. In the part of Methods of qualitative studies, do the research consensual qualitative between the interview of leaders and the observation records. The result of the feedback sheets, the degree of satisfaction scale and interviews were used as the proof and supplement of the research results. The results show that horticultural therapy program has an immediate effect on the “life and learning”, “relationship” and “pressure and emotion”. After a series of analyses, the deeper comprehension of the subjects’ concept about horticultural therapy program. Qualitative research method results present: 1. By follow-up interviews found members of horticultural therapy because of contact with plants which can relax the pressure on the lives and produced expectations.
