隨著兩岸經濟往來熱絡,各產業、企業人員的往來更是頻繁;企業一方面除了針對人員管理之外,另一方面更是注重知識管理(KM),尤其對於資訊科技產業以及專業技術服務產業來說,在這方面所採取的知識管理成效看來,似乎只著重在於專利與公司專業技術的部份,相對於人員的技術(技巧)傳承政策大都只看到一般性的新進人員教育訓練以及基本的技術訓練,而針對技術服務性質或是特殊KNOW HOW的掌握度其實效益並不好,因此本研究第一部分是對現行資訊科技產業人員在專業技術傳承進行探討,並針對其「工作涉入」程度、「家庭關係網絡」、以及「知覺組織支持」等方面進行分析,期望了解影響專業人員技術傳承的因素與相關性程度。 本研究利用台灣地區調查樣本建立模型,初步先驗證台灣地區樣本對於各假設的支持度,其次利用大陸樣本套用台灣模型作分析,並驗證其模型是否具共通性,最後再以大陸地區樣本建立模型,驗證兩岸模型的差異程度。
The personnel interaction between industry and corporation is increasing and more intense due to economical transactions in China and Taiwan. On the one hand, the corporations focus on personnel management, on the other hand, they emphasizes knowledge management (KM). For the latter, particularly within information technology industry and patent service industry, the effect of KM seems to center on patent and core technology. As skill training is concerned, basic new employee training and initial skill training are provided, rather than technological service or specialized know how. Consequently the study starts with the investigation of present IT personnel training continuity, then analyze primarily on work involvement, family relation network and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) with aim to recognizing the factors and correlation for employee’s specialized technical inheritance. The study used samples in Taiwan to build a model. The model was verified if it conformed to various hypotheses; China’s samples were also testified by this Taiwan model to find if there is any in common. China’s samples further were to set another model in order to test the differences between the two models.
