本研究旨在探討台中縣一所國民小學不同背景家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度現況及差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以學區內所有家長為研究對象。採普查方式進行問卷調查,有效樣本計有484份。研究工具為研究者自編之「台中縣國民小學家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度調查量表」。根據研究發現,所得的結論如下: 一、台中縣國民小學家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度現況屬於中上程度,以「功能形象」層面滿意度表現最佳。 二、台中縣國民小學家長因性別、教育程度、子女就學狀況的不同,對學校形象知覺期望重要性有顯著差異。 三、台中縣國民小學家長因性別、子女就學狀況的不同,對學校形象知覺認知滿意度有顯著差異。 四、台中縣國民小學家長對學校形象知覺認知滿意度有顯著差異,以「畢業生在國中學習的整體表現,獲得肯定(2)」、「學生的學習成效,符合家長期待(7)」、「學生有氣質(28)」為急需改善之處。
This study aims to probe into the current situation and the difference between the expectation and satisfaction of the students’ parents from different backgrounds in a elementary school in Taichung County. Questionnaire survey was applied and the parents within the school district were the subjects. Census method was applied to conduct the questionnaire survey, and there were 484 valid samples. The research tool was the “Scale for the Parents’ Expectation and Satisfaction of the School Image Perception in a elementary School in Taichung County” made by the researcher. The research results were as below. 1. The Parents’ expectation and satisfaction of the school image perception of the elementary school in Taichung County was above average, and among all, the Functional Image had the best performance. 2. Based on the differences in the parents’ genders, educational backgrounds and the children’s living conditions, there showed a significant difference between their expectations of the importance of the school image perception. 3. Based on the differences in the parents’ genders and the children’s living conditions, there showed a significant difference between their satisfactions of the school image perception. 4. There existed a significant difference in the parents’ satisfaction of the school image perception, and among them, “The overall learning performances of graduates in junior high schools obtain the commendation (2)” 、 “The learning performances of students meet the expectations of students’ parents (7) ” and “The elegance of students(28)” were the three items that need to be improved immediately.
