教師人格特質、教學效能與工作滿意度關係之統合分析

摘要


本研究旨在探討教師人格特質、教學效能與工作滿意度的內涵及其關係程度,並以Hunter和Schmidt(1990)技術、Rosenthal(1991)技術等統合分析法進行資料分析。自臺灣博碩士論文加值系統及臺灣期刊論文索引系統等進行論文篩選蒐集,以「教師人格特質」、「教學效能」與「工作滿意度」為關鍵詞進行搜尋,經篩選後且達標準之研究報告共45篇,這些研究報告將依本研究所設定之不同類別分別進行篩選、編碼、登錄,實際分析的教師人格特質與教學效能之相關有19篇,教學效能與工作滿意度之相關有11篇,教師人格特質與工作滿意度之相關有15篇,再以電腦程式Comprehensive Meta Analysis 3.0執行分析,根據分析的結果,本研究獲得以下結論: 一、 教師人格特質與教學效能之相關強度介於低至高度之間 二、 教學效能與工作滿意度之相關強度介於低至高度之間 三、 教師人格特質與工作滿意度之相關強度介於低至中度之間 最後,根據本研究上述結果提出相關建議,以提供教師、學校或教育行政機關及統合分析研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among teacher’s personality traits, teaching efficacy and job satisfaction, data analysis by Hunter and Schmidt’s method (1990) and Rosenthal’s method (1991). “Teacher’s personality traits”, “Teaching efficacy” and “Job satisfaction” were used as key words to sift from the “National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan” and “Index to Taiwan Periodical Literature System”. There were 45 studies analyzed in this research: including 19 studies about the relationship between teacher’s personality traits and teaching efficacy, 11 studies about the relationship between teaching efficacy and job satisfaction, 15 studies about the relationship between teacher’s personality and job satisfaction. From the above researches, the study tried data selection, coding, login, and a computer program, Comprehensive Meta Analysis [3.0] to explore the relationship between teacher’s personality traits, teaching efficacy and job satisfaction. The main findings were as followings: 1. The correlation between teacher’s personality traits and teaching efficacy    is low to highly. 2. The correlation between teaching effectiveness and job satisfaction is low to highly. 3. The correlation between teacher personality traits and job satisfaction is low to moderate. Finally, some suggestions are proposed based on the foregoing results of reference for teachers, schools or educationa administrations and meta-analysis researchers.
