教師工作倫理、工作投入及家長滿意度關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國小教師在工作倫理、工作投入與家長滿意度之相關情形。 研究結果發現:1.國小教師會因個人背景變項的不同而在工作倫理有顯著差異。2.國小教師會因個人背景變項的不同而在工作投入有顯著差異。3.家長滿意度會因個人背景變項的不同而有顯著差異。4.國小教師在工作倫理上對於工作投入的提升有顯著效果。5.國小教師在工作倫理上對於家長滿意度的提升結果未獲得實證支持。6.國小教師在工作投入上對於家長滿意度的提升結果未獲得實證支持。7.教師「工作投入」會中介教師「工作倫理」與「家長滿意度」之關係未獲得實證支持。

This study aimed to investigate relationships among work ethic of the elementary school teachers, their work engagement and parents’ satisfaction. The research findings are divided into five parts. The research findings are divided into five parts. 1.Significant differences were found in the work ethic of the elementary school teachers correlated with their different backgrounds. 2. Significant differences were found in the work engagement of the elementary school teachers correlated with their different backgrounds. 3. Significant differences were found in the parents satisfaction of the elementary school parents correlated with their different backgrounds. 4.There were significant promotion for the elementary school teachers’ work ethic in their work engagement. 5.The promotion of the elementary school teachers’ work ethic in parents’ satisfaction was not been proved. 6.The promotion of the elementary school teachers’ work engagement in parents’ satisfaction was not been proved.7. Work engagement was not mediating effect between teacher’s work ethics and parents satisfaction.
