本研究旨在瞭解國民小學校長領導模式與教師工作滿意度的現況,以及分析二者之間的關係,並根據研究結果提出建議,作為教育行政機關、國民小學,以及未來研究的參考。根據相關文獻分析所編製的「國小校長領導模式與教師工作滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,樣本資料以因素分析、二階段集群分析法、卡方檢定,以及單因子變異數分析等統計方法處理。資料分析結果發現:台灣地區國小校長領導模式可區分為:「高轉型、高交易型」領導模式、「高轉型、高家長式型」領導模式、「高交易、高威權型」領導模式及「低轉型、低交易型」領導模式等四種類型。其中以「高轉型、高家長式型」領導模式類型之整體教師工作滿意度最高,而滿意度最低的是「低轉型、低交易型」領導模式。在「工作本身」和「待遇」構面以「高轉型、高家長式型」領導模式教師工作滿意度較高。在「學校主管」和「受賞識感」構面則以「高交易、高威權型」領導模式教師工作滿意度較高。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of the leadership style of principal and the job satisfaction of teacher in elementary schools, as well as analyze the relationship between them, and puts forward the proposal according to the findings for educational administration , elementary school , as well as futurology reference. "The questionnaire of the leadership styles of principal and the job satisfaction of teacher in elementary schools " was established which according to the correlation literature analysis for implement of research. The sample materials were processed by statistics method that has factor analysis, two phases cluster analysis, and ANOVA. By the results, that there are four types of the leadership style of principal in elementary schools of Taiwan including "high transformational , high transactional" leadership style," high transformational , high paternalistic" leadership style,"high transactional , high authoritarian" leadership style and "low transformational , low transactional" leadership style. The whole job satisfaction of teacher in elementary schools of " high transformational , high paternalistic" leadership style is highest and "low transformational , low transactional" leadership style is lowest . The job satisfaction of teacher of " high transformational , high paternalistic" leadership style in the composition of "works itself" and "pay" be higher. And the job satisfaction of teacher of " high transactional , high authoritarian" leadership style in the composition of "supervision" and "recognition" be higher.
