本研究企圖探討國小教師心理資本、工作滿意與組織公民行為三者之間的關係,使用結構方程模式的模式鋪成,此一研究可以探索心理資本與工作滿意何者對組織公民行為的影響效果較大,並且瞭解工作滿意是否可以做為心理資本與組織公民行為的中介角色。本研究以雲林縣公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,依據學校依規模大小發放問卷,發放問卷總數為316份,有效樣本數為270份。研究結果發現,對國小教師而言,心理資本對組織公民行為之間有很強的正向的關係;工作滿意和組織公民行為有相當強的連結;心理資本對工作滿意有強的效果;心理資本與工作滿意對組織公民行為的影響力,在彼此控制之下,心理資本對組織公民行為的影響高於工作滿意對其影響。最後,心理資本也可以透過工作滿意對組織公民行為產生間接的影響。
The purpose of this study attempts to investigate the relationships among elementary school teachers' psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. Structural equation modeling was used to establish the research model. The model could be utilized to compare the effects of psychological capital and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. It was also used to explore the mediating role of job satisfaction on psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. The target population of the study was public elementary school teachers in Yunlin County. The data were collected in terms of school size. A total of 316 questionnaires were distributed to the teachers. After getting ride of ineffective questionnaires, 270 questionnaires were used to analyze in statistics. The major findings showed that there was strong positive relation between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction was strong related to organizational citizenship behavior. Psychological capital had strong effect on job satisfaction. Under controlling the effects between each other, psychological capital had higher impacts on organizational citizenship behavior than that of job satisfaction. Finally, psychological capital could have indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior via job satisfaction.
