以灰關聯探討國民小學教師與行政措施滿意度之研究

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討國民小學教師與行政措施滿意度之關聯,主要的研究工具是研究者參考國內外學者問卷,並加以修正成為自編的「以灰關聯探討國小教師與行政措施滿意度之研究」調查問卷。研究者於正式問卷完成後,以台中縣某國小239位教師為樣本,並應用灰色關聯理論分析影響教師對學校行政措施滿意度因子的優先順序。再以教師不同的背景變項做不同分類,以瞭解不同變項教師對學校行政措施服務品質滿意度的要求。 經研究者調查研究的結果,本研究得到以下的結論: 一、所有背景變項的教師大多對學校能「提供教師工作穩定感」項目與整體的滿意度關聯最大。根據本研究結果發現,教師對學校是否能「提供教師工作穩定感」最為在意,也就是說讓教師有一個穩定的工作環境,就能提整體教師工作滿意度。 二、教師對於學校行政措施滿意度之關聯,對於行政人員可以按計劃進行的問項關聯度較低;關聯度高的是較無法掌握也較難改善的問項。可以提供主管學校事務的機關施政要點。 三、研究結果得到不同背景變項教師對學校行政措施滿意度之關聯度大小依序為; 1、依不同教師性別(男、女)分析,對整體滿意度之關聯度為:學校能提供教師工作穩定感>學校能提供適時的關懷>積極主動處理各類問題>有完善便捷的硬體設施>有計劃的校務管理並確實執行 2、依不同服務年資(5年以下、5-10、11-15、15年以上)的教師分析,對整體滿意度之關聯度為:學校能提供教師工作穩定感>學校能提供適時的關懷>積極主動處理各類問題>有完善便捷的硬體設施>有計劃的校務管理並確實執行。 3、依不同教育程度(研究所以上畢業、師大或師院畢業、一般大專畢業、師專畢業)的教師分析,對整體滿意度之關聯度為:學校能提供適時的關懷>學校能提供教師工作穩定感>有完善便捷的硬體設施>積極主動處理各類問題>有計劃的校務管理並確實行。 4、依擔任不同職務(教師兼行政、級任教師、科任教師)的教師分析,對整體滿意度之關聯度為:學校能提供教師工作穩定感>學校能提供適時的關懷>積極主動處理各類問題>有完善便捷的硬體設施>有計劃的校務管理並確實執行。 5、依不同學校規模(12班(含)以下、13~24班、25~36班、37班(含)以上)的教師分析,對整體滿意度之關聯度為:學校能提供教師工作穩定感>學校能提供適時的關懷>積極主動處理各類問題>有完善便捷的硬體設施>有計劃的校務管理並確實執行。

Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between elementary school teachers and satisfaction with administrative measures. The primary research tool is the questionnaire “Using Gray Correlation to Evaluate the Correlation between Elementary School Teachers and Satisfaction with Administrative Measures” written by the researcher after referring to questionnaires by domestic and foreign scholars. After formal completion of the questionnaire, the researcher uses 239 elementary school teachers at a school in Taichung County, and uses gray correlation theory to analyze the priority sequence of factors that influence teacher satisfaction to administrative measures. Then, the teachers with different background variables are categorized in order to understand the different demands of teachers and their satisfaction toward service quality of school administrative measures. Based on the results of investigation, this study finds the following conclusions: 1. Teachers of all background variables generally show a greatest correlation between whether a school can “provide teachers with job security” and overall satisfaction. Research results of this study show that teachers are most concerned with whether the school can “provide teachers with job security.” This means, if teachers have a stable work environment, their work satisfaction can be enhanced. 2. The correlation between teachers and their satisfaction with school administrative measures would change with the background variables of teachers. Teachers with different background variables would have different expectations and satisfaction for school administrative measures. 3. Based on the different background variables of teachers, the sequences of correlations to satisfaction for school administrative measures are: (1). Based on gender analysis, the correlation to overall satisfaction is: school can provide teachers with job security > school can provide timely concern > proactive treatment of various problems > has comprehensive and convenient hardware facilities > planned school affair management and true execution. (2). Based on years of employment (under 5 years, 5-10, 11-15, over 15), the correlation to overall satisfaction is: school can provide teachers with job security > school can provide timely concern > proactive treatment of various problems > has comprehensive and convenient hardware facilities > planned school affair management and true execution. (3). Based on different levels of education (more than graduate school, graduation from a teacher’s university, graduation from a regular university, graduation from teacher’s college), the correlation to overall satisfaction is: school can provide timely concern > school can provide teachers with job security > has comprehensive and convenient hardware facilities > proactive treatment of various problems > planned school affair management and true execution. (4). Based on different positions (teacher and administrator, homeroom teacher, subject teacher), the correlation to overall satisfaction is: school can provide teachers with job security > school can provide timely concern > proactive treatment of various problems > has comprehensive and convenient hardware facilities > planned school affair management and true execution. (5). Based on different school sizes (12 classes and under (inclusive), 13~24 classes, 25~36 classes, 37 classes and over (inclusive)), the correlation to overall satisfaction is: school can provide teachers with job security > school can provide timely concern > proactive treatment of various problems > has comprehensive and convenient hardware facilities > planned school affair management and true execution.
