二十一世紀歌仔戲團的危機與轉機──以台中市小金枝歌仔戲劇團為例

摘要

歌仔戲於百年前在宜蘭發跡，它歷經了老歌仔、野台歌仔戲、內台歌仔戲、廣播歌仔戲、電影歌仔戲、電視歌仔戲、劇場歌仔戲的階段，在每一發展階段中不斷吸收其他劇種的特色，豐富了歌仔戲的內容。在社會環境改變中，產生各種挑戰，使得歌仔戲得另求出路，因此本論文以台中市小金枝歌仔戲劇團為例，欲研究以下個問題：一、小金枝歌仔戲劇團的發展史。二、小金枝歌仔戲劇團所遇瓶頸之因應對策。三、面對未來社會挑戰，小金枝歌仔戲劇團經營策略之探討。最後根據研究結果有以下建議：一、建議小金枝歌仔戲劇團跟隨時代改變，創新嘗試，並在校園培養優秀編創人才，同時建立戲迷資料庫、建立劇團資料庫；二、建議政府部門以文化行銷台中，訂定、執行管理與扶植法令，並辦理相關歌仔戲推廣活動、資深藝文人士口述歷史及影像紀錄。希望由政府與歌仔戲劇團雙方面著手，以利台中市歌仔戲劇團的永續發展。

Jing Zhi Taiwanese Opera Troupe.Second, it discusses the Countermeasure of Siau Jing Zhi Taiwanese Opera Troupe in a choke point, Third, it Investigates the business strategy of Siau Jing Zhi Taiwanese Opera Troupe. in the face of the future social challenges.At last the researcher provides the following suggestions: (A) to recommend Siau Jing Zhi Taiwanese Opera Troupe following the times having a innovative attempt, bring up the personnel of editing and creation in the campus,
establishment the fans group, and set the the troupe database.(B) to suggest the government departments to market Taichung City by culture, set up and carry out the laws and decrees of management and the backing up , apply the relevant activities of promotion about Taiwanese opera, record the oral history and video ot senior people in the arts. Both sides to proceed by thegovernment and opera troupes,it will benefit the sustainable development of Taiwanese opera in Taichung City.
