應用於大型風力發電機之泡沫藥劑型細水霧系統火災防護效能提升研究

摘要


風能在經濟上比其他再生能源更具有競爭潛力因此發展相當迅速。大型風力發電機機艙高度在65至70公尺以上,一旦火災事故發生,搶救勢必相當困難,為避免風力發電機一再發生火災事故,本研究以20呎貨櫃模擬大型風力發電機機艙,並由內部裝設細水霧進行火災滅火測試,其中使用各種操作因子,操作壓力、泡沫濃度、模場開口、遮蔽物等組成各種模擬情境,相互比對最適用於風力發電機之細水霧系統配置。研究結果顯示純水細水霧操作壓力於100 kgf/cm2時相較其他壓力為最佳效能,泡沫藥劑型細水霧混合比例為3%時,較6%及10%效果佳。研究得知情境中有開口時添加發泡網之泡沫藥劑型細水霧能有效改善細水霧因開口導致氣體溢出之缺點,而達到有效滅火。

From economic point of view, wind energy has much higher competitive potential when compares with other sources of renewable energy. So the development of wind energy is relatively rapid. The height of the wind turbine’s cabin is usually around 65 to 70 metre tall. In case, there has sudden fire accident, the rescue mission will be relatively difficult. In order to prevent fire accident happening in the wind turbine’s cabin, this research will use 20 feet long container to simulate the situation inside the wind turbine’s cabin. Also water mist sprays will install internally and they will be used to perform fire extinguish test. The test will perform several times to simulate different scenarios. Under different scenarios, several operating factors will be adjusted and results of each adjustment will be measured. The operating factors include: operating pressure, concentration of the foam, opening of the cabin, obstacle. The each factor will compare with others so as to find out which combination will be the most suitable water mist spray system install inside the wind turbine cabin. The result of the research indicates that the water mist spray has the best performance when it is operating at 100 kgf/cm2. Also mixing 3% of foam to the water mist give the best fire extinguish effect when compare to 6% and 10%. Research also shows that when there has an opening in the cabin, adding net to the water mist spray can effectively increases the fire extinguish performance of the water mist system.
