弱勢家庭子女教育之個案研究-以臺中市某國小為例

摘要


本研究探討弱勢家庭之祖輩承接孫輩教養責任,在代理父母職所面臨的親職壓力與生活經驗,祖孫間互動情形是否影響學童的學習適應與學習表現為重點,選取臺中市偏遠地區參與教育優先區計畫之國民小學,以攜手計畫之學童為對象,以半結構式訪談蒐集資料,訪談對象包括:隔代教養家庭之祖輩有5位、弱勢家庭之學童有5位等。 研究過程中以質性方法進行資料的搜集,其內容包含訪談、輔導紀錄、觀察紀錄、研究省思、札記,並以三角校正法分析資料,研究期間為一年,以國小三升四年級跨學年的5位弱勢家庭個案為訪談研究對象。 透過訪談任教教師,了解學童在校的學習表現,參閱輔導紀錄、觀察紀錄,對弱勢家庭學童的生活背景有進一步了解;另外,安排學生個人晤談,深入瞭解學生的學習狀況,及需要老師協助的事項;最後設計訪談大綱,透過家訪、面談,蒐集相關資料,其內容包括祖輩教養之心路歷程,及其背後所呈現的真實情境,尋找出弱勢家庭所形成的因素及面臨子女教養的困境,並提出建議以利協助弱勢家庭子女之教育問題,協助學童學習適應能力。

The purpose of this research was to explore the responsibility over grandchildren’s education from the disadvantaged families of grandparents. Focusing on what kind of parenting stress surrogate parents have to face and enrich their life experiences and concerning about interaction between grandchildren and grandparents will be the key factors of this research. This research chooses some elementary school which locates at remote area and participates in the plan of educational priority area in Taichung city. The researcher selects some students who take part in hand-in-hand project as objects and uses semi-structured interviews to collect data. The interviewees include 5 persons of grandparents from grandparents-upbringing family, and 5 students from disadvantaged family. The researcher uses qualitative research method to collect data, including interview, counseling records, observation records, research reflections and memos. Making use of triangulation analyzes data. The period of research period lasts for 1 year and chooses 5 cases who are third grade and going to be fourth grade as interviewees. By interviewing interviewees’ teachers, viding counseling records and observation records to understand their learning exhibition at school and know more about their life background. Besides, arranging personal interview for students to have a better and in-depth understanding and help teachers know how to assist them. Eventually, designing a synopsis of interview to collect data through home visits and face-to-face interviews. The content contains the course of internal struggle from grandparents and those true contexts. The researcher tries to find out what factors form disadvantage family, face the difficulties to grow up their children, provide suggestions to assist in solving the educational problems and help students learn the capacity of adaption.
