本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學教師兼行政人員專業倫理之認知程度與實踐情形,並進一步分析其差異。研究者採用問卷調查法,以分層抽樣方式抽取臺中市國民小學46校的教師兼行政人員為樣本,有效回收問卷數380份,有效回收率為90.85%,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數進行分析。
This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate the cognitive levels and practice of professional ethics among elementary school teachers with administrative duties, and to analyze their differences. Stratified cluster sampling was employed in collecting samples from 46 elementary schools in Taichung City, and 380 effective questionnaires were returned with an effective return rate of 90.85%. Descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were applied to analyze data.
