幼兒園家長對游泳教學滿意度之研究-以新竹地區鷹萬游泳學校為例

摘要


本研究主要探討新竹地區幼兒園家長對游泳教學滿意度,以文獻分析法作為調查研究理論依據,採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集分析;以新竹地區參與鷹萬游泳學校游泳課程的幼兒園學生家長為研究對象,採便利抽樣,抽取266位家長為樣本,收回後所得資料以SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行次數分配、平均數、標準差、排序法、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。茲將本研究結果分析如下: 一、 游泳教學滿意度整體趨向滿意。 二、 游泳教學滿意度五構面:學習成效滿意度最高,趨向非常滿意。 三、 教學環境與硬體設備:游泳學校泳池的水質澄清度滿意度最高。 四、 教學品質:游泳學校教練的專業執照滿意度最高。 五、 學習成效:孩子學習游泳後,肌力增加滿意度最高。 六、 學校與家長的溝通:游泳學校行政櫃檯提供適當服務滿意度最高。 七、 教學態度:教練於下水前提醒孩子做足暖身運動滿意度最高。 八、 幼兒是否參加游泳比賽:學校與家長的溝通、教學態度等游泳教學滿意度有顯著差異。 九、 性別、年齡、職業別、家庭月收入、教育程度、是否曾參加親子班:游泳教學滿意度均無顯著差異。

This purpose of this study is to explore the parents’ satisfaction level of the swimming teaching programs of kindergarten in Hsinchu City, follow by the discussion of how parents with different backgrounds would make an impact on the swimming teaching programs;and further, to evaluate the effectiveness of the swimming teaching programs. This study adopted the method of documentary analysis as the theoretical base of the investigation to conduct data collection and analysis by questionnaire survey and interviews. The questionnaire survey took the form of “the parents’ satisfaction level of the swimming teaching programs of kindergarten in Hsinchu city” as the investigation tool;and the survey target were selected from the parents in Hsinchu city area by convenience samling.266 copies of the questionnaire were sent out to parents, 266 valid copies were returned. The effective return rate was 89% with 236 effective copies. The collected data are analyzed by the statistic software set SPPS12.0, where the related statistic tests, like the percentage, the mean, standard deviation, single variable analysis, and test are used. Research results are as follows: 1. Kindergarten parents are leaning towards “satisfied” in the satisfaction research. 2. Of the five major parts, “learning effectiveness” shows the highest satisfaction rate. 3. For the “learning environment and hardware” aspect, the quality of the water in swimming schools also shows the highest satisfaction rate. 4. For the “teaching quality” aspect, the coach’s license shows the highest satisfaction rate. 5. For the “learning effectiveness” aspect, the students’ muscle development shows the highest satisfaction rate. 6. For the “parents-teachers communication” aspect, the administration supplying suitable service shows the highest satisfaction rate. 7. For the “teaching attitude” the coach reminds the students warming up before the swimming class shows the highest satisfaction rate. 8. Whether children participate in swimming competitions or not, “Parent-teacher communication” and “learning attitude “shows great different. 9. Age, sex, occupation, income, education, whether or not, parents join the children: all the above don’t show much difference.
