永續之石膠泥瀝青混凝土開發研究

Development of Sustainable Stone Mastic Asphalt Concrete

摘要


傳統熱拌瀝青混凝土在製造及施工過程中,粒料及瀝青膠泥需高溫加熱,導致粉塵、多環芳香烴化合物等有害人體健康之化合物產生,而施工過程中,有曝露於過量熱輻射、熱危害之虞;由於臺灣夏秋兩季炎熱潮濕,熱拌瀝青混凝土常受高溫及潮濕之影響,造成路面之損壞,加上近年來受到溫室效應之影響,各地溫度逐漸攀升屢創歷年新高,對於路面損壞問題更是雪上加霜。為解決熱拌瀝青混凝土所造成負面之問題,本研究發展出低污染、健康施工及低維修耐久性優良之永續石膠泥瀝青混凝土。利用水泥瀝青膠漿,加上粗糙之建築拆除廢料及卜作嵐材料,製作成石膠泥瀝青混凝土。由於經破碎處理後之再生粒料,表面多為水泥砂漿附著,呈多稜角之不規則狀,使粒料間之互制效果較一般砂石為佳。研究結果顯示:本研究之石膠泥瀝青混凝土,確實能改善鋪面勞工所暴露之危害,避免鋪築作業造成有害物質吸入、燒燙傷、失水、重體力危害等,進而降低二氧化碳之排放量,減少對環境造成二次公害;而建築拆除廢料工程性質雖較天然粒料差,若利用水泥瀝青膠漿拌製成瀝青混凝土,即可增進其工程及耐久性質,亦符合重交通量之要求,達資源再利用之永續目的;且於高溫潮濕環境不但未減損水泥瀝青混凝土之耐久性,反而逆勢增加。

In the producing and construction process, the aggregates and asphalt of hot-mix asphalt must be heated to high temperatures. The workers sometimes hazard their health in the dust and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and expose to radiant heat. Due to hot and humid weather in summer, Hot-mix asphalt concrete is under high temperature and causing damage in Taiwan, In recent years by the greenhouse effect, the temperature gradually increased throughout the calendar year set a new record is also a serious problem. In order to solve this problem, This study developed to reduce pollution, health of sustainable construction and good durability of Stone Mastic Asphalt concrete. The use of cement asphalt mastic, with reclaimed waste concrete and pozzolanic materials, made into Stone Mastic Asphalt concrete. Since treatment by crushing the recycled aggregates, cement mortar attached to the surface, mostly, of irregular shape was more angular, The between aggregates of interlock effect is better than the ordinary gravel. The results showed that: Stone Mastic Asphalt concrete of this study can really improve the hazards of workers and avoid inhalation of hazardous substances caused by pavement operations, burns, dehydration, heavy physical hazards, thereby reducing the carbon dioxide emissions, reduce environmental damage. The engineering properties of reclaimed waste concrete were although worse than the natural aggregates. But if the cement asphalt mastic used to mix in cement asphalt concrete. They can improve their engineering and durability properties, also meet with heavy traffic requirements and the sustainable recycling purposes. In hot and humid environment, not only did not detract from the durability of cement asphalt cement, but contrarian increase.
