行動醫療表單之設計與探討分析-以居家照護應用為例

摘要

本研究參考了國內居家照護單位製作了一套居家照護表單系統，並與國內外前人所做之研究文獻進行探討與分析，本研究之行動醫療表單以居家照護為例與甲研究Jacques S. L(2005美國Pace University，Jacques St. Louis所提出的 Developing a PDA to Assist Nurses on Hospice Home Visits)，與乙研究Correia, R.(2008巴西所提出的Borboleta:A Mobile Telehealth System for Primary Homecare)三方面去進行探討與分析。第一部分為行動醫療表單系統的實用性與方便性，第二部分則是在資料的同步方面的分析，而在資料的同步本研究使用了Microsoft Groove 2007來進行同步動作，第三部分再討論到資料表單的更新與修改，最後綜合上述結果證明本研究所提出之行動醫療表單系統比起甲、乙研究所提出之系統來的方便且實用。本研究之行動醫療表單系統，作業環境除了目前的小筆電之外也對雲端系統與PAD上進行測試使用，因此對小筆電與PAD上進行使用的差異與優缺點分析，在分析測試後可以得知本研究之系統是可以在PAD上使用，且使用效果與小筆電使用效過大致相符，因此更證明了本研究之行動醫療表單行的實用性與可行性。

Our study makes a Homecare form system by reference a Homecare organization, and compare to domestic and foreign scholars’ studies to analyze. Compared studies are A study “Jacques S. L(2005 U.S.A Pace University，Jacques St. Louis Developing a PDA to Assist Nurses on Hospice Home Visits)” and B study “Correia, R.(2008 Brazil Borboleta: A Mobile Telehealth System for Primary Homecare)”. The first we discuss according to the form for convenience and practicality. The second we discuss data synchronization among studies, our study use the Microsoft Groove 2007 for this issue. The last we discuss about updating and modifying about these studies. The result shows that this study is better in practicality and convenience compared to other studies. In addition we test our system on a pad and cloud computing rather than a netbook for improving convenience of our system.
