三種牙科用氧化鋯陶瓷之比較

本研究比較三種3 mol ％釔-氧化鋯（3Y-TZP）瓷塊，分別為台灣自製的氧化鋯瓷塊(A5T)，與國外進口知名品牌氧化鋯瓷塊(Vita-YZ、Cercon)，驗證牙科全瓷牙冠牙橋領域上的臨床應用價值。實驗結果顯示：三種牙科用氧化鋯瓷塊在切削精度上，優劣順序為：Vita-YZ ＞ A5T齒色＞ Cercon齒色＞ A5T白色＞ Cercon白色；而瓷塊切削速率正好相反。將市售飾面瓷材燒附到三種氧化鋯後的鍵結強度差異不大，均合乎ISO規範，顯示臺灣自有開發之A5T氧化鋯瓷塊材料性能，己達到牙科修復補綴物瓷牙冠的理想狀態。

The aim of the study is to compare with three kinds of 3 mol % yttrium(Y)- zirconia ceramics (3Y-TZP) to vertify the clinical application value of the all-ceramic crown bridge. They are the A5T block which is made in Taiwan; the Vita-YZ and Cercon blocks which are both well-known foreign brand. The results showed that the ranking of these three dental zirconia ceramics on the cutting precisonis Vita-YZ , A5T tooth color , Cercon tooth color , A5T white , and Cercon white. The ranking of cutting rate is inverse. The bond strength between veneer porcelain and these three zirconia materials did not show differences obviously. All the bond strengths corresponded to the ISO standard . It indicated that the zirconia block which is made in Taiwan have been reached the requested properties of dental restorations.
