人口老化、慢性病患增加、保健知識提高與行動通信技術的發展,使健康管理議題逐漸受到一般民眾的重視。目前國內外醫院、保全業、電信業、手機業及系統設備商等相關業者紛紛投入資源,積極開發行動健康管理相關服務,希望能夠掌握行動健康管理服務所帶來的商機。透過民眾貼身的行動載具所提供的健康管理服務,使民眾可以很容易地掌握與管理自己的健康狀況。 本研究利用行動裝置特色:輕巧、攜帶方便之功能,即時訊息的接收與傳送、生理訊號的收集,隨時可查詢食物的營養成分及熱量、運動消耗熱量、自動計算熱量、依照個人運動種類及看診醫師、科別、紀錄個人生理狀態之歷史資料作為醫師診斷病情之依據、簡化就醫時所需填寫繁瑣之個人資料,加強醫院與病人溝通的依據以及規劃出對於本身合適的用藥提醒及三餐規劃。 此系統讓每日的生理訊號量測與監控成為可能,並透過手機及網際網路,提供糖尿病及肥胖症等需長期監控飲食、追蹤醫療的病患,即時的行動健康照護服務。由於行動裝置在台灣已經相當普及,若能使用網際網路的優點,讓老年人不再被有線的感測器影響生活品質,以導入行動裝置為基礎的個人健康管理資訊系統將具有高度前瞻潛力。 在複診提醒方面可以及時記錄下次回診時間,結合網路平台與醫院之間做即時性的資料交換,隨時做個人健康管理,來達到管理個人健康之目的,利用行動化來解決過去的困難與問題。在未來建構出理想化以行動裝置為主的行動醫療,對於協助醫師診斷、和提高醫療行政效率及品質有很大的幫助。 在吃藥提醒以及營養的管理上在過去相當麻煩,必須攜帶許多設備來測量生理資訊,透過本系統資訊把程式設計於手機上,讓使用者透過隨身攜帶的手機即時得知生理資訊,再藉由與符合國際標準Google Health平台的結合以及跟醫院的連結,達到最快速且便利的資訊管理系統來提供給醫師或營養師最迅速且正確的個人資訊。
