結合科技接受模型及任務科技配適度探討護理人員使用社群媒體對工作績效之影響

摘要


社群媒體LINE之即時通訊功能興起,使護理人員於生活及工作中使用LINE之頻率增加,成為不可或缺之溝通工具。本研究欲了解護理人員對LINE應用於工作上接受之意圖,並藉由科技接受模型(TAM)及科技配適度(TTF)理論,探討護理人員使用社群媒體LINE對工作績效的影響。本研究採問卷調查法,抽取中部地區軍醫院之護理人員為對象,以研究者所編製的「護理人員使用社群媒體(LINE),與工作績效關聯性」量表為工具,共發出305份問卷,回收279份,有效回收率91.4%。資料分析採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析,並運用結構方程模式(SEM)對護理人員以LINE為臨床工作之溝通工具,在科技接受模型及科技配適度理論下探討其工作績效影響進行研究結果分析及假設驗證。研究結果顯示LINE的任務特性及科技特性對於護理人員實際應用於工作中有顯著影響;LINE的認知有用及認知易用性,則是護理人員持續願意使用LINE的重要因素,而「任務科技配適度」及「社群媒體實際應用」對於提升護理人員之工作績效有著顯著影響。綜合而言,社群媒體LINE可有效提升護理人員溝通及訊息傳遞,因此主管若能善用社群媒體科技,將有助於工作效率之提升。

Messaging apps worldwide are highly integral to our social lifestyles as a viral takeover of advanced means to communicate with your friends, family, colleagues; and even in business situations; particularlyLine (styled as LINE) is a free ware app for instant communications on electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, and personal computers, is widely used in Taiwan.The purpose of this study sought out to investigate to understand the intentions of nursing staffs in applying LINE app to work acceptance and explore the impact of job performance by adapting the Technology Acceptance model (TAM) and the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model for exploring the factors that explain software utilization and its link with user performance.This research uses the method of questionnaire survey with participants from nursing staffs in the central Taiwan’s military hospitals. A total of 305 questionnaires were issued; there are 279 effective samples. The data is analyzed by using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean and standard deviation, frequent distribution, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Schefft’sposterior comparisons, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, Chi-square test, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings of the study revealed there is a strong correlation between LINE's mission characteristics and technical characteristics on the actual application of nursing staff; LINE's cognitive usefulness and ease of use are important factors in the continued willingness of nursing staff to use LINE.Additionally, the finding that actual use of social media has a significant impact on improving the performance of nursing staff. In a nutshell, it is clearly proved that LINE app is the most favorable mobile messaging app among hospital due to its simple features that make it easy to use due to the fact that everyone is using it. As for the hospital management team, mobile messaging apps are indeed needed in daily lives in order to communicate with each other for effective.
