國民小學級任教師之教師信念與班級氣氛關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Homeroom Teachers’ Belief and their Classroom Climate of the Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國民小學級任教師之教師信念與班級氣氛之現況,並分析不同個人背景變項的樣本,在教師信念與班級氣氛上之差異情形,進而探討教師信念與班級氣氛的相關性,及教師信念對班級氣氛的預測力。 本研究採問卷調查,使用「國民小學級任教師之教師信念與班級氣氛關係之研究量表」為研究工具,並以臺中市區的國小級任教師為研究對象。有效量表共計480份,根據量表填答結果進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸之統計方法進行分析。 依據資料分析之結果,得到以下的結論: 一、臺中市區國小級任教師對教師信念認同度高,而分層面以「教育目標」得分最高。 二、臺中市區國小級任教師之班級氣氛和諧,而分層面以「積極投入」得分最高。 三、臺中市區國小級任教師之背景變項中,因教育程度、服務年資、任教年級及學校規模的不同,在教師信念上有顯著差異。 四、臺中市區國小級任教師之背景變項中,在班級氣氛上無顯著差異。 五、臺中市區國小級任教師之教師信念與班級氣氛具有顯著正相關。 六、臺中市區國小級任教師之教師信念對班級氣氛的影響具有預測力。 根據上述研究之發現與結論,提出建議,以供教育行政機關、國小級任教師及未來研究者作為改進國小教育,或進行相關研究之參考。

The purpose of this study was to realize the relationship between Teachers’ Belief and Classroom Climate of the elementary schools teachers. First, to investigate the difference of personal backgrounds in Teacher’s Belief and Classroom Climate of the Elementary Schools, furthermore, to analyze the connection between Teacher’s Belief and Classroom Climate, in the end, to explore how Teacher’s Belief can serve as predictors of the Classroom Climate. Through adopting questionnaires survey, this research was carried out by adopting the inventory“Research of the Teacher’s Belief and Classroom Climate of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown”as the research tool. The in-service teachers in public elementary schools of Taichung Downtown were selected as the research objects. A total of 480 effective inventories were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA for independent samples, Person’s product moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. According to the result of data analysis, the conclusions of this study were listed as the following: 1. The current state of Teachers’ Belief is highly recognition by the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown and the“Educational Goal”has the highest score in the level of orientation. 2. The current state of Classroom Climate is harmonious of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown and the“Active Participation”has the highest score in the level of orientation. 3. The Teachers’ Belief vary significantly from different degree of education, seniority of the teachers, the grades they teach, and the school scales in their variety of backgrounds of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown. 4. There are no significant differences of Classroom Climate in their variety of backgrounds of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown. 5. There are positive correlations between Teachers’ Belief and Classroom Climate of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown. 6. Classroom Climate was predicted by Teachers’ Belief of the elementary schools teachers in Taichung Downtown. Based on the above discoveries and conclusions, suggestions for educational administrative agencies, elementary school teachers and future researchers were proposed for reference of improving elementary school’s education or conducting related research.
