目的:隨著科技的進步,先進的影像診斷與放射治療的儀器運用到醫療服務上,如電腦斷層掃瞄、磁振造影、正子治療儀等。然而,由於全民健保財務的緊縮,醫療機構大幅緊縮人力與薪資,使得醫事放射師之職場疲勞與日俱增,而其工作滿意度卻每況愈下。因此醫療機構如何正常化營運而不影響醫療服務的品質,實為重要課題。 方法:採結構式自填問卷調查法,以臺灣地區之醫事放射師為研究母群體,問卷經專家效度評估與預試後,針對參與臺灣醫事放射師年會之參與會員進行調查,研究共發出1000份問卷,回收300份,有效問卷282份,有效問卷回收率為28.20﹪。 結果:研究對象中女性佔55﹪,放射師之平均年齡為31.81歲,平均工作年資為8.28年。放射師於工作疲勞度各分量平均值分析可發現個人疲勞度為2.63、工作疲勞度為2.36、服務對象疲勞度為2.00、工作過度疲勞度為1.92;工作滿意度之平均值為3.57。有離職傾向的放射師比率為52.10﹪,而以邏輯式回歸分析離職之影響因素為工作疲勞,工作滿意度及其他基本屬性因素則無顯著相關。 結論:醫事放射師具有高工作滿意度,不過工作疲勞顯著影響其留任意願,解除放射師職場疲勞中之工作疲勞,將有助於降低其離職傾向。
Objective : With the progress of science and technology, more and more advanced diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy equipment had been applied to medical services, such as computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography. However, due to the tightening budge of the National Health Insurance, medical institutions reduce the manpower and salary, and this makes the radiologists’ job burnout increased and job satisfaction decreased. Therefore, how to normalize the operation of medical institutions without distorting the quality of medical services has become an important issue. Methods: A self-administered structured questionnaire was administered to the participants in the Annual Conference of Radiologists in Taiwan. A total of 1000 questionnaires were submitted t and 300 responded. The valid questionnaires were 282. The recovery rate of this study was 28.20%. Results : The average age of the radiologists was 31.81 and the average length of service was 8.28 years. The average job burnout score of the radiologists was 2.63, 2.36, 2.00, 1.92 and 1.92 respectively. The mean of job satisfaction was 3.57. The proportion of radiologists with turnover intention was 52.10%. Logistic regression analysis showed that there were no significant correlations between job burnout, job satisfaction and other basic factors. The main factor of resignation was job burnout, and there were no significant correlations between job satisfaction and other basic factors. Conclusion : Radiologists have high job satisfaction, but job burnout significantly affects their retention. To reduce the job burnout in the workplace will help diminish their turnover tendency.
