臺中市國小高年級學童休閒參與與幸福感關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺中市國小高年級學童休閒參與與幸福感之關係,採用問卷調查法,研究工具包括:「個人基本資料」、「休閒參與量表」、「幸福感量表」。以分層抽樣方法選取臺中市12所國小五、六年級學生為研究對象,得有效問卷533份。根據受試學生填答結果,以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關,以及多元迴歸等方法進行分析。研究結論如下: 一、臺中市國小高年級學童休閒參與現況為低下程度。 二、臺中市國小高年級學童幸福感現況屬於中上程度。 三、不同性別、年級、居住區域、家庭社經地位及學校規模的臺中市國小高年級學童在休閒參與上有顯著差異。 四、不同性別、年級、居住區域及家庭社經地位的臺中市國小高年級學童在幸福感上有顯著差異。 五、臺中市國小高年級學童休閒參與與幸福感之間有顯著正相關。 六、臺中市國小高年級學童的休閒參與對幸福感具有預測力。 根據研究結論,對教育主管機關、學校、教師、家長及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。

The maim purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between leisure participation and well-being of senior elementary school students in Taichung city. The study adopted questionnaire survey. The instrument applied to this study including “Personal Background Inventory”, “Well-being Scale” and“Leisure Participation Scale”. The 553 subjects by purposive sampling method were chosen from twelve elementary schools in Taichung city.All the data was analyzed with methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The study concluded that: 1.The well-being of senior elementary school students in Taichung City reached the level of upper- intermediate. 2.The leisure participation of senior elementary school students in Taichung City had medium-low level degree. 3.The senior elementary school students in Taichung city of various genders, terms of grade, living areas,economic status and school size had significant differences on leisure participation. 4.The senior elementary school students in Taichung city of various genders ,terms of grade, living areas and economic status had significant differences on well-being. 5.There was a positive correlation between leisure participation and well-being of senior elementary school students in Taichung city. 6.There was predicting of leisure participation for the senior elementary school students in Taichung city on well-being. Finally,the conclusion and suggestions were provided for the reference of education authority, elementary school, the elementary school teachers, the parents and future research.
