本研究以臺中市立案的托嬰中心為研究場域,研究方式採取質性研究半結構式深度訪談方法及參與觀察方式,以3位機構主管及22位托育人員為研究對象。研究發現與結論如下: 一、托育人員在閱讀相關資料獲取上大多是透過網際及實體店面,極少數人透過是托育人員在職研習課程取得。 二、每間機構藏書量、種類皆不同,有的透過班級托育人員提供書單,有的是機構主管自行依嬰幼兒發展進行添購。 三、極少數托嬰中心推動親子共讀(親師合作)計劃。 四、對於年紀較小的班級,進行繪本活動時較少引導嬰幼兒思考問題、語言互動(例:問答),通常只是單純唸故事。 最後,根據研究發現與結論,分別針對托嬰中心機構、班級托育人員、與未來研究者,提出相關建議事項。 關鍵詞:閱讀環境、閱讀行為、閱讀技巧
This study was taken place at a nursery which is approved by Government of Taichung. Research methods were divided into semi-constructed interview and participant observation. The three supervisors and 22 Nurses were selected as the research object. The research information and conclusion are as follows: 1.The nursery staffs are getting information mostly through Internet and the bookstore. Minority of the staffs are getting one through on-job training courses. 2.Each institution owns different types of books. Some even obtained the resources through nursery staffs. Some of the institutions are in charge of their purchase depending on development by the child to purchase. 3.Minority of nursery centers are promoting parent-child reading (teacher-parent cooperation) plan. 4.The time of the picture book activities are lack of guidance to think and converse (such as Q & A) for infants and younger children, in younger class. They usually read the story simply. Finally, according to the research and conclusions, put forward the relevant recommendations for the infants center institutions, class nursery staff, and future researcher respectively.
