目的:瞭解醫療志工的個人背景與參與動機及工作滿意度的現況。 方法及對象:橫斷式調查法,依研究目的及相關文獻改編「鳳凰志工的參與動機及工作滿意度調查問卷」作為調查工具,以南投縣及嘉義縣政府消防局鳳凰志工為研究母體,問卷發放時間為106年4月份,回收有效問卷共計271份。 結果:研究發現鳳凰志工以女性居多(158位,58%),女性平均年齡為44.65歲,男性平均年齡為38.86歲,整體服務年資平均為6.42年,證照級別以初級救護技術員(EMT-1)的人為主(235位,87%),有離職意願志工服務統計佔極少比例(11位,4%),原因為工作忙碌導致。鳳凰志工在參與動機的「自我肯定」裡服務年資「未滿1年」的鳳凰志工顯著高於「11-15年」及「16年以上」。不同服務年資的鳳凰志工在工作滿意度的「自我學習成長」構面有顯著差異。 結論:鳳凰志工的參與動機及工作滿意度的結果是高的,本研究結果希望提供承辦鳳凰志工辦理訓練業務及訂定政策者參考運用。
Object:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation in different background between participative motivation and job satisfaction of medical volunteers. Method:This was a cross-sectional study. The study was base on questionnaire survey. The tool for collecting date was “ The questionnaire survey of participative motivation and job satisfaction of Phoenix volunteers ”. The population of this study was Phoenix volunteers in Nantou County and Chiayi County. The questionnaires was issued in April 2016 .The accepted feedback samples were 271 according to Municipal Fire Departments in Nantou County and Chiayi County. Result:Most of the Phoenix volunteers were female (N=158,58%). The average age of woman was 44.65,and the man was 38.86. Their license level was mainly the first level (EMT1) (N=235,87%). There was a small number of people who leave the Phoenix volunteers (N=11,4%). "less than one year" Phoenix volunteers were significantly higher than "11-15 years" and "over 16 years" in the "self-affirmation" of participating volunteers. Different service years of Phoenix volunteers in the job satisfaction "self-learning growth" structural differences are significant. Conclusion: Phoenix volunteers commonly have strong motivations for participation and show fairly high degrees of job satisfaction. In the end, the researcher would present some suggestions according to the conculusions for Municipal Fire Departments management of training and policy mackers to make reference to.
