消防單位緊急救護協勤志工專業能力與工作績效關係之研究-以南投縣鳳凰志工為例

摘要

研究者以南投縣為範圍，針對鳳凰志工及消防人員，進行鳳凰志工專業能力與工作績效關係調查研究,主要以問卷調查蒐集相關資料，計發放問卷360份，回收304份，回收問卷均為有效問卷。採平均數與標準差、單因子變異數分析、t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關等資料處理方法
得出下列結論：
一、南投縣鳳凰志工及消防人員對鳳凰志工專業能力與工作績效的看法屬於「高等程度」，其中以對「專業技能」的認知程度最高。
二、南投縣鳳凰志工及消防人員因身分、職務、婚姻狀況、服務年資的不同，而對鳳凰志工專業能力的看法有顯著差異，但對鳳凰志工工作績效的看法並無差異
三、南投縣鳳凰志工及消防人員認為鳳凰志工專業能力愈高，其工作績效也愈高。

The study looks into the interrelationship among professional competencies and job performance, which focuses on volunteer EMT and fire fighters in Nantou County.Questionnaire was used to collect related information in the study. Totally, 360 questionnaires were sent out, but there were only 304 questionnaires sending back. Questionnaires that were sent back were valid. Mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the data.
