有溢流道具漸縮肋異型水路鎂合金與PA6材料之車燈模流分析

摘要

異型水路具強而有力的冷卻效果，用來冷卻鎂合金與PA6材料之車燈，有溢流道的設計為了模穴完全充填，金屬材料如鎂合金用於車燈是為了散熱良好，本文利用Moldex3D材料庫料MIM_Catamold_316_LA與PA6_V15來討射出時如何調整加工設定並配合材料特性與射壓、射速、模溫。

The conformal cooling way has a strong cooling effect, which is used to cool the lamp of magnesium alloy and PA6 material. The design of the overflow channel is for the cavity to be completely filled. The metal material such as magnesium alloy is used for the lamp to cool the heat well. Moldex3D's material library MIM_Catamold_316_LA and PA6_V15 discuss how to adjust the injecting machine settings and match the material properties and the mechanical injection rate.
