本文主題是有溢流道車燈燈殼模擬分析並且使用Moldex3D來做模流分析,在Moldex3D軟體中材料庫選項內挑選相同的材料,但玻璃纖維的百分比含量不同PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V30_Rhodia、PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V50_Rhodia。利用這材料相同但玻纖含量不同來當做論文材料,並利用漸縮肋的設計加強流動平衡,比較出哪種玻璃纖維含量對車燈的翹曲率及體縮是最好的,並利用溢流道設計確保材料流入模穴並充滿模穴,這些參數值設定分析後,結果做為本論文討論重點。使用Moldex3D模流分析可以快速且即時地得到結論,並提高製模前的設計建議。
The subject of this paper is the simulation analysis of the overflow runner lamp housing and use Moldex3D for the mold flow analysis. The materials are selected in the Moldex3D software material library option, but the percentage of glass fiber is different PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V30_Rhodia and PA6_TECHNYL_C 218_V50_Rhodia. Using the same material but different glass fiber content as the paper material, and using the design of the tapered rib to strengthen the flow balance, the present paper can compare for different glass fiber contents and find the best results with less warpage and shrinkage of the lamp. Using the above conditions, it can be found the best setting values for the product, and the analysis results are show in this paper. The present paper is used Moldex3D software to get quick and immediate conclusions and improve design recommendations before molding.
